- Recently, 60-year-old British Earl Charles Spencer announced that he is in the process of divorcing his third wife, 52-year-old Karen, ending their 13-year marriage. The couple married in 2011 and welcomed their only child together, Charlotte Diana Spencer, in the following year. Earl Spencer has been married twice before, with four daughters and two sons from those marriages. Karen has two daughters from her previous marriage. Their marriage lasted 13 years, making it Earl Spencer's longest marital relationship.
I love this man he have raised his kids himself instead of letting servants and nannies do it. He left the women but not his children. And finaly he dident send his children to boarding school then they was small

This was his third marriage. His treatment of his first wife was as bad as his father's treatment of his (and Diana's) mother, Frances Roche

I knew their mother, she was a gentle soul, this article is a lie, Frances left and took the children with them the Earl divorced her and gained sole custody of the children….he sent them away to school and hardly saw them. There is a very questionable trait running through the Spencers. Harry is his mother’s son and a definite Spencer.
