@@alexbutler7332 For about 10 minutes. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, it's actually an extremely accurate portrayal of depression. It sweeps in like a wave at random etimes, and he has no control over that whatsoever. But it's impossible to say that this struggle isn't a very central focus of the majority of his chapters.

@@alexbutler7332 We should all be so lucky as to have a best friend like Adolin. Especially with some of the new stuff in Rhythm of War. I don't want to spoil anything, I don't know if you've read it yet and I'm only like 1/4 of the way through. But all I can say is that I wish I'd had a friend like Adolin during some of the darker moments in my life.

dang, was I the only one who kinda liked him? I mean, I can understand not liking him, but at least understand his reasoning.
