- Today I'm going to explain when you should use cc cream and bb cream. I hear this question quite a lot so I know this must be a common question that a lot of people have. I use bb cream and cc cream quite a lot and love how it looks after my skin and protects my skin so I want to share with you when you should be using cc cream and bb cream.
In todays educational makeup video I will explain when you should be using cc cream and bb cream. I will explain what they both do for your skin and the best time and place to use them individually. I will also apply each one to my skin so you can see how the bb cream and cc cream looks on.

I love the BBB cream from One/Size. Amazing coverage. - also, I just want everyone know that… even if your makeup has SPF, you need to use a fair bit of it to actually “hit” that SPF rating, so I still suggest wearing an SPF as well as the makeup. You need at least 1/4 teaspoon of SPF for it to be affective. And I know I definitely don’t use A LOT of makeup. So for me, I need to use an SPF and then my makeup on top.

I have used IT Cosmetics CC Cream for years. I don't use foundation anymore. I get so many compliments on my skin. I would love to see you do a video using CC cream with underpainting.

Hey there honey. I love your tips. You are one of my favorite you tubers for sure. I thought I’d let you know this fact and maybe you can look into it a bit more: I was watching a dermatology video on here and the Dr. said that SPF in make up is totally useless and you have to have a whole layer of mineral sunscreen on to get protection and also you must apply it every 2 hours. So I hope you can find that out for all your fans. 😊

Solid information. I have tried the IT Cosmetics CC cream twice. The problem I have it I always turn orange. I have tried different shades and it always happens.

Hi Nina! Could you please do a video on primers. Is silicone primers for oily skin and water based primers for dry skin? Do you have a different eye primer for the under eye and is waterbased best for this area? What primer is best for the eye lid or can you use one for all areas. Thank you for your amazing videos!

I use that exact CC cream from IT for daily use. It’s excellent overall but I cannot use it under my eyes as I get creases as the formula is too thick for my fine under eye lines :).

Love the CC cream. It is pricey but u need such little product. It really has amazing coverage and all of the amazing ingredients for my 45yr old self! It lasts me like 5 months at least.

I really wanted to try the erborian super bb cream but they don't have my shade on your link. I signed up to be notified of restock. But I was surprised when I went to Erborian's USA website there isn't any SUPER bb cream. I tried emailing them directly... I will let you all know if I find out anything. Nina I'll DM you too on Instagram. I bought the One Size bb Cream. Is it me or does it oxide? I never have time to wait and see if it is a better shade before I just end up putting on powder and heading to work. I will definitely be considering the It cosmetics cc cream when I've gone through more of what I already have.

This IT cosmetic cc cream transfers very very badly to all my collars shirts, to my shirt necks and even on my hijab ans forget about mask if you have to wear!

How do you know the shade? I always end up looking weird because I pick the wrong shade. Although will try the cc cream now but it’s never been right with foundation or concealer

Would you recommend using redness corrective (green-tinted) cc/bb cream with pale/fair pigmented skin?
only if you have redness...otherwise no reason to use it :)

Yes of course - always test a bit on the back of your hand first to check for allergies etc.
After cc cream no need for sunblock cream???
Hey there! Even if you're using CC cream, it's still a good idea to apply some sunscreen to keep your skin safe from the sun. Stay protected!
