Another great video Jeff. I dont get to build much in terms of topography as im in the middle of flat AG fields but still great info. After doing a bunch of hinge cutting in the back few acres of my property and kind of "secluding" it from the main portion of the property besides access trails, Ive now gotten a few hundred Red osier dogwood shoots to add to the area and also a few hundred white spruce saplings. My plan is to really fill in the area besides a small food plot and water hole to give the deer an area to kinda hang out that isnt flat barren AG come hunting season.

I like all the videos. I have learned lots from the channel. Would you do a video on soil types and what tree/bushes grow good in corse sandy soil? Also trees/bushes that are shade and water tolerant? Thank you

Some public land where I hunt I just scouted a good area but it looks like they’re getting ready to burn off half the hillside. Could you maybe talk about hunting those areas post burn and some strategies behind it? If it is any different than any other hunting strategy.

Would you use an ebike to access that stand or ok walking in so you don't have to desl with the bike working up to the field edge?

Hi Alex! We actually couldn't use a QuietKat to access that stand because of a couple of washout areas, a steep drop...and that we couldn't get the bike out the way we need to exit after a morning sit. Dang hills!! 😊
