Lately every time I notice I’m feeling frustrated or afraid I just laugh and remember the truth of who I AM. Then I refocus my attention on what I wish to be/experience and move on.
Delight. Bliss. I'm aware. But the idea of transmuting resistance into delight is mind-boggling. I mean mind-blowing and amazing. It's a great idea because it works. When we have resistance, all it takes for us to remember that we can transmute it into flow. If that resistance is scary because it's mixed with toxic shame, we shouldn't be intimidated or afraid to face it. Imagined bad consequences are not real - they're illusions of the mind.

What do you recommend regarding what I consider to be a retarded ability to express feelings? It's easy for me to feel good all the time, and it's easy for me to feel slightly frustrated (which feels good). It's easy for me to enjoy a happy life all the time, but I find it difficult to merge elevated emotions with my affirmations. I'm always content; this condition seems to retard my ability to experience ecstasy, bliss, or other emotions that are high on the Hawkins Scale. How do I generate emotions like those experienced by Pentecostals: The experience the call "Shekinah Glory"? My Hawkins Scale emotional level is probably between 190 and 220. I always experience love, happiness, peace, fulfillment, and contentment...but these emotions are felt at a level that requires no effort.

As long as you move from the right vibration your reality has to reflect that. At one of the law firms where I worked, I'd always come up with these strategies and take them to my boss. I was always ready to take action immediately, eager to implement what I was sure would work. I'd open the file all proudly and say "Look what I just drafted, please lets get this out before something goes wrong." But he was always like "Wait Diya, don't rush this. We mustn't act from fear," which at the time annoyed me but he was Always right and knew the exact right time to implement what I wanted to do. He'd call and say 'Ok Diya, court tomorrow morning, file it' or 'Wait just hold it for a bit, I have a feeling we need to wait on this one,' and I didn't know what he was doing at the time. But he seriously knew what he was doing. Experience, wisdom and definitely intuition. This is why I've never had the desire to be a leader, I just enjoy working with competent leaders. Preferably men, all the male bosses I had were awesome plus they threw me parties like welcome parties and birthday parties and farewell parties. Women can be leaders I suppose, but I've never met a great one. I suppose men would be crappy leaders too if they had constant fluctuating hormones and bled every month for a week.
Women can lead in the family/ house as matriarchs but I agree that in the work place it’s best if men lead because they are more logical and less emotional
@@melissarose888 yeah guys are just nicer in general. Even the agro ones I know how to talk to them and calm them down and they only get like that when they feel disrespected. I can't do that with women, their emotions are way more. More intense, more emotions, longer duration of the feeling. That's why I think it's easier for women to manifest too. My friends will always call me when sh*t hits the fan and it's more difficult to balance their emotions than it is with men. Plus ngl if you're a woman men do tend to treat you better than they do other men 😅 and I have no desire to burden myself with owning a company, seems too stressful and too much work and responsibilities. I like to do some thinking, submit it and then go back home and let someone else do the heavy lifting literally figuratively in all ways, they can lift me too 😊

I'm allowed to say that biologically women are designed very differently than men, that they have constant hormonal fluctuations influencing their emotions, that they respond differently in highly charged / adrenaline scenarios, that men have on average 60% more muscle mass than women, that the male and female brains look different. Where I come from these aren't called sexist, they're just called facts 😇 there's no propaganda. Our gov doesn't pump 4.7 trillion dollars into lgbtq movements. Neither do they assume women and men are the same 🤷🏻♀️

This is in a profound way one of the most important videos for me personally - I am still trying to unpack it. To feel an emotion/resistance and delight in it. I have been running away from “negative emotions” my entire life. Why is this such a lightbulb moment for me? I know I have heard about “feeling your emotions “ and not squashing them, but it never clicked. Do you mean you delight in it the way a body builder might delight in the feel of the weight? I wish you would elaborate more about this. One thing I don’t understand: “I am love peace and joy” etc. But this ignores the human (negative emotions) experience of I Am (I also still don’t fully understand the lack of separation idea. I understand it intellectually, but I can’t feel that that other being that is not inside my mind - and I am not inside theirs - can really be one with me.
