    Great presentation. How does go about getting the herbs and other items to cleanse your Soul?

      Thank you. The herb is Purslane, which is considered a "weed." It grows plentiful in nature during mid to late summer in the USA.

      I am a Jamaican, I think I have akan roots, I can see far and sense things, my dad and my uncles use to dress up an do jankanoe on holidays, I see that tradition in some African countries also.

    A very educative work. Mo ne adwumapa. But we should know that calling black/blacken defamed.or shameful is a brainwashed term to disgrace blackness. So as a black enlightening channel, we should be careful of this. Since ancient days, we have called ourselves Black people and black means fullness.
    Also, let us work on proper pronunciation of the Twi words. If it must be done then it must be done well.
