It's not wallhack, not even a hack. Not even anything with those words has to do with anything of how you did it. r_drawothermodels 2 is a allowed command.
It's a cheat-protected command that allows you to see enemies through walls which is exactly equal to what wallhacking is generally used for. You can't just say it's allowed in some official capacity because a few people decided to use it to enhance their ability to react to things and remove challenge from the run. You could easily do the same with noclip and nothing would be different about it, there isn't a committee for fair speedrunning that decided these commands should be used.
Noclip is a more extreme example of the same point between them, and sure it makes an ability in the game easier... movement, the same way drawothermodels makes reaction time and awareness far easier by seeing everything through walls that are otherwise intended to block your vision, as they are intended with noclip to block your movement as well. They are both cheat-protected, there is no "full cheating", there is using a command that is cheat-protected by the developers for a reason or not using one. You cannot argue any difference between them.

How we can check that you arent cheat on your videos? We cant and you cant check what we are doing in our speedruns.
