Adorable clips! Here is the pattern instructions for the crochet base in case anyone needs it. *In this pattern tog means just another SC in same stitch not the technique of joining two stitches together.
Make slip knot
Chain 13
1 SC in the second chain (top loop)
Work 1 SC into next 10 stitches
Work 3 SC into the last chain
Work 10 SC into the next 10 chains (bottom loop)
Work 2 SC into the last chain
Join the round with a slip stitch (into the first chain)
R2: create a SC
Work 2 SCs tog in the current chain
Work 10 SC into next 10 chains
Work (2 SCs tog) into next 2 chains
Join the round with a slip stitch and chain 1
R3: 1 SC in first chain
Work (2 SCs tog) into the 2nd chain/stitch
Work 1 SC into the next 10 chains
Work (1 SC, 2 SCs tog)*3 into the next 6 chains
Work 10 SCs into the next 10 chains
Work (1 SC, 2 SCs tog)*2 into the next 4 chains
Join the round with slip stitch. Secure with one SC then cut off yarn

Thanks for your lovely comments. I am using non-woven fabric cloth, maybe you can search “non-woven fabric cloth + DIY + thick” in amazon, you also need to cut them into your desired shape.

It’s a 3mm hook
what kind of yarn are you using and how many ply?
The blue yarn is 100% acrylic yarn, pink and white are cotton yarn, they are all 8ply. Not necessarily these combinations, I used in this way just because I happened to have them and their colors matched.
