I've followed JD for years. He plays the tastiest licks in the business. His playing skills are unmatched and what he adds to a song is priceless. I tried to get tickets for their Nashville show but it was sold out.😢
I'd never heard of John Hiatt until about six weeks ago. Now he's one of my favourite singer-songwriters. The new record hasn't got a bad song on it. How many records, however good any are, can you say that about?

I really wanted to see these guys at the Ryman in October but I cannot make the trip. I'm sure some Nashville friends will show up. I do have tickets for Concord, NH - just a 7 hour drive and it'll be worth it. I'll be blasting the new record on my way through the Green Mountains.

mostly nice. For his "recent" releases, I go for Mystic Pinball a bit more. Terms of Surrender also got whole bunch of amazing tracks. Hard to choose

I’m guessing based on the shape of the headstock and the tuning pegs, but I believe it’s an Olson.
