- American stand-up comedian, and actor, Richard Lewis, died of a heart attack, on February 27, 2024, at the age of 76. As an actor, he was best known for his roles, as Prince John, in the 1993 film, Robin Hood: Men in Tights. And Peter, in the 1995 film, Leaving Las Vegas. He also starred in the long running television sitcom, Curb Your Enthusiasm.
American country music singer, songwriter, and actor, Toby Keith, died of cancer, on February 5, 2024, at the age of 62. He was best known for his songs, How Do You Like Me Now. Should've Been a Cowboy. And I Wanna Talk About Me. In 2008, he starred in the film, Beer for My Horses, based on his song of the same name.
American actor, and director, Carl Weathers, died of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, on February 1st, 2024, at the age of 76. He played, Apollo Creed, in the first four Rocky films, opposite Sylvester Stallone. He also starred in the 1987 film, Predator. The 1988 film, Action Jackson. And the television series, The Mandalorian.
Canadian actor, Chris Gauthier, died from an unspecified short illness, on February 23, at the age of 48. He was best known for his roles in the television series, Once Upon a Time. Eureka. Supernatural. Smallville. And Harper's Island.
American actor, Don Murray, died on February 2nd, 2024, at the age of 94. He starred, as Beauregard Decker, in the 1956 film, Bus Stop, opposite Marilyn Monroe. British actress, Glynis Johns, died of natural causes, on January 4th, 2024, at the age of 100. She was most known for playing, Missus Banks, in the 1964 film, Mary Poppins. Her other credits include the 1948 film, Miranda. The 1955 film, The Court Jester. And the 1995 film, While You Were Sleeping. Glynis Johns was also known for her performances on Broadway. In 1973, she won a Tony Award, for her role, as Desiree Armfeldt, in the Broadway play, A Little Night Music.
Mexican actor, Adan Canto, died of cancer, on January 8th, at the age of 42. His most famous role was, as Vice President, Aaron Shore, in the American political thriller drama television series, Designated Survivor. He also was known for playing, Arman Morales, in the television series, The Cleaning Lady. And Sunspot, in the 2014 film, X-Men: Days of Future Past.
American British actor, and singer, David Soul, died on January 4th, at the age of 80. The actor battled cancer, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. He was best known for playing, Sergeant Kenneth Hutchinson, in the action television series, Starsky and Hutch. As a singer, he was best known for his song, Don't Give Up on Us.
American actor, Andre Braugher, died of lung cancer, on December 11th, 2023, at the age of 61. He was best known for his leading roles in the popular police television series, Homicide: Life on the Street. And Brooklyn Nine-Nine. On the big screen, he starred in films, such as, Primal Fear. City of Angels. And Frequency.
Canadian actor, Kenneth Mitchell, died on February 24, at the age of 49. He appeared in more than 50 films, and television series, including the 2004 film, Miracle. The television series, Jericho. The television series, Star Trek: Discovery. And the television series, The Astronaut Wives Club.
American actor, Ryan O'Neal, died after a long battle with heart disease, on December 8, at the age of 82. Ryan O'Neal starred in numerous popular films. He played, Oliver Barrett the 4th, in the 1970 film, Love Story. Howard Bannister, in the 1972 film, What's Up, Doc. Moses Pray, in the 1973 film, Paper Moon. And Barry Lyndon, in the 1975 film of the same name.
American singer, bass guitarist, and founding member of the country band, The Chicks, Laura Lynch, died on December 22, at the age of 65.
English actor, Michael Jayston, died following a short illness, on February 5th, 2024, at the age of 88. He was known for playing, The Valeyard, in the television series, Doctor Who. And Nicholas the 2nd, in the 1971 film, Nicholas and Alexandra.

British actor, Tom Wilkinson, died at his home, on December 30th, at the age of 75. He was best known for playing, Gerald, in the 1997 film, The Full Monty. Matt Fowler, in the 2001 film, In the Bedroom. And Arthur Edens, in the 2007 film, Michael Clayton. In total, Tom Wilkinson appeared in 130 films, and television series.
American actress, Cindy Morgan, died of natural causes, on December 30th, at the age of 69. She was best known for her starring roles in the 1980 American sports comedy film, Caddyshack. And the 1982 American science fiction action adventure film, Tron.

To set the record straight, Frank Farian DID NOT write the song Rivers of Babylon. It was written and recorded in 1970 by Trevor McNaughton and Brent Dowe from the group called the Melodians, a Jamaican reggae group.
It was re-recorded in 1978 by Boney M and became a monster hit.

I knew her personally because she was from El Paso, Texas. She was killed in a head on car crash on her way to Dell City.
