So I am new to going to the gym, and I have to admit that I have made the exact same mistake doing butterflies. I did a whole set thinking to myself 'this doesn't feel right, I am sure this shouldn't hurt so much'. Thankfully I was alone in the gym and realised my mistake after the first set :D
I always thought it was funny that we say "trening" in norwegian. Makes for a lot of tren jokes.

@@CornholioPuppetMaster In norwegian, "trening" just means working out. A gym is called a "treningssenter" (usually. there are other ways of saying it, but that's what I say).
The crazy gym ad in the beginning of the video appears to be in Norway.
