Thanks Joe! Yes you’re right, it can fluctuate quite a bit because you have deliveries and moving fees to add in as well and I also pick up the unit for free when customers are done. So slower months when it is cold I have less of them rented out but summer months they’re all almost always rented out. Plus my rates are actually higher than this for shorter term rentals, but I’m still on the lower end of the price spectrum when you look at the whole industry. For an 8x16 PODs will charge over $200 per month. But all their locations are closer to bigger cities so they can get away with those higher rates
