Should You Pay A Musician You Didnt Call To Play

❗Pastors, you are not obligated to compensate anyone you were not informed was coming. Not paying them does not make you a bad pastor or cheap. Set boundaries with your musicians and don't get bullied out of your money.
❗Musicians give your pastor notice that you are planning on bringing a "paid musician." Money is not something people take lightly; always remember to:
1) Give notice in advance.
2) Get clearance
3) Re-inform your pastor
