Any coconut oil will do on solid rubber soles. Make sure to clean the rubber with acetone first. Pure acetone, not nail polish remover. Don’t clean plastic with acetone. It’ll destroy the plastic

I'm reattaching some soles back to some SB E-Cues with Barge Super Stick. How long should I let dry before attaching, and should I hit it with a blow dryer to "reactivate" the glue? Thanks.
You should wait about 8 minutes if you put a thin coat of glue. And yes you can use a blow dryer. Make sure the temperature reaches 120 degrees

Yeah you can buy indoor grow lights for plants. It gives the same effect as the sun. You can leave it in there for 24 hours at a time. Just get proper ventilation so it doesn’t overheat inside. My setup cost $400 to buy the parts. But you can buy the grow light and a plastic container for around $120

What glove are you using that isn't melting from the acetone, I haven't had any luck with any I've tried.
Try mechanic gloves. They’re more resistant to solvents. Anything above 6mm thickness would tear less. But I use 8mm

For shoes that have a phylon midsole, I don’t use heat or try to apply heat at low settings at a distance for 5 minutes. Then I clamp. There’s no right or wrong way to do a method, as long as the job gets done properly
