- After doing 366 consecutive days of MURPH I think I finally found the perfect gymnastic / CrossFit / pull up grip. I never ripped my hands and these lasted for a full 100 days! If you guys have anymore questions about gear reviews let me know and I’ll do some more videos

No I did full crossfit programming on top of it every day

Hey bud just curious if you know the measurements how you hand. I been looking at them victory grips was thinking of the 2xl but watching this 2xl may ne way to big. Based of the chart and your grips. My hand from wrist to top of middle finger is right at 8 inches. Keep up the awesome work
