- What a beautiful home. You'll love the open space. The kitchen has a huge preparation island with bar stool seating. You also get a generous amount of storage and the wonderful "sidekick" fridge/freezer. Warm up in front of the wood burning fireplace or head to the retreat for a quiet place to read and relax. The large bedrooms will make it easy for furniture placement. Guest or kids will enjoy the oversized guest bathroom with all that extra storage too. The master suite is complimented by an incredible bathroom. A large 72" tile shower with the "shower tower" will wash the stress away or perhaps you'd rather soak in the Diana tub. Lots of big bright windows and patio doors. Utility room is perfect. Cabinets in both the kitchen and utility room are beautiful. Really like the island. In fact, every inch of this home so well planned out. Tons of storage. Uniform floors are another great feature. Really pulls things together. The master bath is perfect too. Shower is top end. Overall this home is one that anybody would be proud call home. High marks from me.

Thsts s home to be proud of we are too old to buy a home but if we were young enough to buy this would be the land love the bonus room and the wood fire place

Why do the cabinets look so bad. Something went wrong there.
The cabinets are missing the hardware / pulls, would that be optional.
We've gone to the finger pull instead of mounting hardware

Beautiful home! I love the flex room and would use it as an office/craft room with built-in bookcase. What is the price of this home, as it sits, in a modular? Does the price include delivery, setup, etc?
Thanks for your interest. The home as it is presented would price in the mid to upper 150's at the factory. Modular construction will add about $25K. Delivery and installation is bid based on location. Where do you want to have yours installed?

I notice most homes do not appear to have screens on the windows. Are those an option? I don't like flies nor mosquitoes etc.
window screens are included on every opener window. Sometimes they are removed for transport then reinstalled at location. Great question!

I just want to know why closets always get put in the bathroom? Who started that and is it just something thst stuck around since the 80's or 90's?
