I recently followed one from My Colourful Country Life & it was so cool for me because I would have completed it so differently, but I was so excited and happy with the way it turned out. Crazy!

If I finish a whole book I would write the year down and keep it as a memory coloring book but I put pages on canvas for my friends and bosses and teachers who I care about

Re the colouring tutorials on glass, you could try Kit and Clowder as they have online -classes - I purchased their Perfecting pencil projects and I have been slowly working through the class.they have various classes and you can choose markers or pencils or both , also I think Color with Claire has a tutorial on how to colour a glass jar. ..-...your diamond painting is lovely, they will make beautiful Xmas cards, would love to see a finished card.
She does tutorials in lots of books, but it depends what level you subscribe to on her Patreon. She does some Daydreams by Hannah Karlzon, Europa by Rita Berman, Romantic Country by Eriy as some examples of her lowest level
