I just picked up my motor on Monday and set the header on it tonight. I need to take about .375" out of the width from fly cutting the heads. And then I can weld it all up!
Hope you had a nice Christmas! I don't sell them right now, it's something I want to look into doing more of this next year. This particular one would be $2000 - $2500. I need to change materials and the process up a bit to make them more affordable.

@@AIRCOOLEDLIFE not at all, there is about $1100 in stainless, custom flanges, and v-bands. Add on labor for a badass one-off header and you are at $2500 pretty easily. I assume you don't work for free either?

How are you draining the turbocharger - seems very low compared with the oil level -
I am draining into the sump. I'm not sure I had the drain fitting in there yet.

$2000-2500 for a Custom Type 1 header..... what is it made out of titanium. 😳
