Biking Pacifica - Linda Mar Woods to Montara Mountain

We started our journey into Linda Mar Woods from the end of Higgins Way. We climbed Pedro Mountain Road to N. Peak Access Road, and finished up at Alta Vista Trail where we were in between North Peak, Peak Mountain, and Montara Mountain. We had lunch in a little cave off of the Alta Vista Trail - it was a nice shady spot to sit and relax for a bit. On our way back down, we rode some fun single track free ride trails that had lots of jumps, roots, ruts, and loose dirt. It was an awesome ride for an old dude like me, and I bet some who are more daring could really have a blast on the Boy Scout and Nelson trails in this lower section.
