During conversation, only text chats are properly captured . The video clip thumbnail and audio clip thumbnail are not capturing properly and they are distorted . But in your video it showing properly.. can you please help on this ? I've tried changing settings many times. But no change

It's working but only when we scroll down slowly...but if we scroll fast Some chats are overlapping...it will be difficult for someone to scroll slowly for so long time having chats from whole year....

Here I am just taking screenshot, so only displayed image will be seen, If you want to add video, you need to add it manually, But doing this can create an incredibly large file, which can take lot of time to open.
