Hi Kathleen, the Mood Booster sessions in the Feeling Better category may be a good place to start without us knowing any of his background. They will increase his serotonin level. Best time to use them would be in the morning. If he uses a more stimulating session past 1 pm, it can start to affect his onset of sleep at night. If he is using the video games to calm down or relax, then Meditate sessions may be the better choice. If he isn't getting enough sleep at night, then get him to use a Sleep session at bedtime. We offer a variety of choices in each category so that one can go through each and see which they like best for themselves.
