This was such a heartfelt interview. Thank you blu for being who you are. 'A sacred medicine podcast' with Blu about everything one needs to know to start this journey and how to find the right sjaman would be a great one. Love to hear people talk about the medicine in a sacred way. It would help me overcome my fear to start again on this path since I have had very bad experiences on it due to things I do know now but didn't new at that time. Also had good ones too cause without the medicine I couldn't have stopped generational trauma and started to become the mother I need to be. Integration from everything I learned is still going on.
We didn't have the internet or social media back when we were becoming the New Age movement. We gathered in person with fellow tripsters and conformed for financial survival. With this wave of acceptance, it is wonderful to be OUT all the time. Bless you.

I watched this podcast last night. And it is the first thing I thought about when I woke up this morning. Blu Blu there is not even a term coined for you yet you are such a gift to this world. It is hard watching someone who gives so much of herself suffer in any way and feel alone at times due to the loss of your hearing. And also feeling different and feeling like people won’t understand you due to the way that you see the world. I can share that experience with you. I feel it daily I wanted to jump through the screen and hug you. I grabbed my phone this morning to make this comment because I want you to know Chervin what an earth angel you are truly. Your love for people and your commitment to making this world a better place through health and wellness and so much more. I have only met Blu a few times in person. But I like you feel a deep, love and protection for her. It warmed my heart listening to your words, and seeing your genuine care for her there are not many people in the world like you and I hope you know that. This is super interesting! It’s like I don’t really connect with some of the words used but I completely connect with the messages. Layering my Muslim belief system with trauma research and somatic principles I have come to so many of the same conclusions. Love the description of social media as reliving elementary/ middle/ high school. Loved the idea that we were born with the ability to have free will and can choose authenticity over status quo. im only part way thru and something occurred to me about Blu's hearing. I understand she has been told that she is going to lose her hearing and that might be so (who really knows) but what I did picture was Blu still singing...still giving us her voice for us to hear. I realized in that moment that she will be giving us something that she can't hear or have for herself. Did her soul want to have the God experience of giving like the Sun without needing anything in return? (I do get we are all connected but each soul is choosing a unique experience of God). Blu seems the type to keep sharing whatever she has to give.
This is the world I want to live in! People like this. This corporate, legal, industrial world has run its course for me...! Something far more Tru like Blu and You.....(:

This moved me in so many ways. Thank you for sharing so much with us Blu. When you started explaining about swallowing your grief through spiritual meaning - something in me switched. Finding the positive in my pain gives me purpose for it, helps me not to get stuck in the lower vibrational emotions, but sometimes this path is just really hard and lonely & yes I see the purpose always shining on the otherside but grieving is so vital as well. So I feel that the double vision must be for a reason.. and it does help me to connect to both the earth and the above. I could relate from the sensory disability. I am clinically blind, I rely on contact lenses and glasses of -11degrees of prescription. This enables me to feel energy and lift my focus away from form❤
for me, to be chosen, would be in a sense, to prove, that I am not a selfish greedy over-achiever, but that other people already recognise the worth in me; although it is self-masterful to know for one self.
I believe that what you did by being completely honest For your friend and yourself is Compassion with a capital "C" dear Blu If we do not learn to give in this way we really don't have relationships, that's the way it feels for me. I resonate with your journey so much although I am much older woman then you I had a diagnosis and a journey that continues which I cannot explain ina short comment but when it was at its worst and the pain was excruciating and unbearable for many months, my complete focus was to be with it, be In it and I look back on that time and am so grateful for that ceremoiny, just pure intimacy with life and myself AND NO ONE in between where most people would think about dying, I felt SO alive and did not think about whether I would live or die to be complately honest I just didn't use my time for that.. Of course there were many processes and I did learn a LOT about so amny things I wa sspiritually by-passing and had just come out of a another completely different intense ceremony (yes, i guess i asked for a Lot of learning lol), I had left a ayahuasca community which was also following hindu path for reasons I cannot get into here which was very traumatizing It all is the gift that keeps giving for sure. I feel like I've literally been reincarnated after finally shedding so much shame and guilt and The repression yes, its coming out in layers the more I remember not to judge myself. I'm like a fresh babe now taking one tiny abby step ata time and seeing if it feels soft and supportive and full of wonder as well as tears when I feel hurt I let them flow I never comment but I just ahd to with this one. I was like this , ahead of the time , and all my men just run away hahahahahaha jajaja ja :) :) :) All my life I wanted freedom and decent life, but society does not want you free and decent, so I have dispapointed everyone around me, and I am still paying the price. At least, I am not the kind of mother he had and I had.. and I heard it from my daughters... supose that is enough for this episode called life . Still learning and so glad that Earth have young people like you - I can listen from another part of it :)
Wondering about going to the depths of feeling... years ago I practiced "rebirthing" with a practitioner who called the process "Vivation." In rebirthing, people often deeply cried and felt the wound/pain. In Vivation, if we had the rhythm of the breath just right we could be in the fullness of the trauma without feeling the pain. If the breath was too fast, we would feel the pain of the trauma, and if the breath was too slow we would fall asleep. I experienced/remembered my time in my mother's womb, when I decided to stay and not abort, and I experienced/remembered my birth -- which was painful but I was able to witness fully present without pain. It was profound to fully be with painful experiences and transform them with our witnessing presence without feeling pain again.
I am disliking this post. Because it is so important to discern what is mine to express and what of others. As the Mayan glyph Muluc: I am by a thinly veiled design a treshold to other dimensions. But I am only responsible for my side of that veil. Blue is the color of the second ray (of the seven rays) of Love Wisdom that comes in at the fourth chakra.
Why believe in self-healing, self-regeneration; reading others is not as healthy respectful as self-mastering and letting others master-themselves, it's live and let live, it's RESPECT = HEALTH = LOVE
I think I don't need to hear what people are saying, maybe they need to tell it to themselves, maybe the message is for someone else. Maybe it is something I already know, maybe I need to come to that knowledge on my own unconditional terms; you, know, my hearing is excellent, and my intention is healthy respectful awareness, so I just have to believe in myself.
