    Everything you create is so unique and beautiful. I'm 72 years old and can barely glue two pieces of paper together.😂 But what joy it brings to watch your videos! Thank you so much.💗

    I just bought rice paper about a month ago and I love it. I bought it for printing and for my IOD stamps. It’s perfect. ❤❤

      Thank you Mary! I had mine sitting around for a few years too and I kept thinking I just need to do something with this😂 instead of moving it from one storage pile to another🤦🏻‍♀️😁

    I absolutely love everything in this video! I think the round metal piece that you added the wood rounds to looked like a plant stand that you would just slip a terracotta pot into. You're styling is just gorgeous too.

    Angie, the tray in the metal legs was my favorite. Your thrift store has good stuff. There’s not a lot of that sort of thing near me and antique stores are usually pretty expensive.

      @Peppercreekcottage  2 місяці тому +1

      Thank you Katherine! That was my favorite too. My thrift store is hit or miss with the good stuff. When I went last week they didn’t really have anything worth buying and they are really starting to raise the prices to where when you do find something you like, you don't want to pay the price they are asking. It's crazy.

    The second project that you used the wood disk on had a glass vase maybe it had broken.

    The second one has a glass vase. I have the samebone but I'm sick of it. It's boring. Your idea is cute. Mine came with red wicker balls inside. Believe it's from that fancy house n home place. I've seen them before yrs ago. I may do the same n seperate it. 😊

      I thought it might have had a glass piece with it. My thrift store doesn’t always have all the pieces together. They like to separate them and you’re never able to find the matching piece.😒

    Can you explain how you made your IOD Faux Bois bamboo trim piece longer than the size of the actual mould, please 🙏🏼 I am pretty sure that I saw someone else do it but I can't remember who 🤷🏼‍♀️

    • @Peppercreekcottage
      @Peppercreekcottage  2 місяці тому +1

      Mine was actually the original length (I used 2 lengths, one for each side) which worked out perfectly but I've seen people put the clay in the mould but don’t remove the excess clay at the end and then lift it out and move it down the mould. With the IOD moulds they made it so the pieces fit together so you can extend the pieces without having to do that. It makes it much easier. I hope that makes sense. I can't remember whose channel it was either that showed how they extended the clay borders in one piece.

    What kind of antiquing wax do you use.

    • @Peppercreekcottage
      @Peppercreekcottage  2 місяці тому +1

      For this project I used Behr brand antiquing wax that I get from Home Depot. It’s very easy to use.

    Can I ask if you bought that antique wax on Amazon?

    • @Peppercreekcottage
      @Peppercreekcottage  2 місяці тому

      It's Behr brand antique wax and I purchased it at Home Depot. I'm not sure if it's on Amazon or not I usually just pick it up in the store.
