Thx! Still too early to draw conclusions.. but what I want to do is fish some weightless plastics via dead stick. I think free slack line fishing and detecting bite would be the ultimate test for sensitivity
Probably would work for the 3.5 grams and up. I would spool to the half way mark with thin braid. There is also a chameleon diy spool for that if u wanna change it to a bfs reel
Would you recommend this rod for something like a ned rig? I just got my first bfs reel(Slx bfs) Was thinking between this rod and sierra bfs. Thanks !

I can do some of them! This rod seems to be fine with weighted lures. I will try some weightless stuff and see if it's sensitive

I want a Shimano Majestic BFS rod. I have a Diawa tatula sv tw103 how would that pair?

Yes, although this rod rated L, it's at the upper end close to ML. You will be able to set hooks on even weedless ewg need jigs
