Welcome to “The Trouble Section" a fun place for subscribers to chat and make friends. Everyone is welcome, just say hi.
Barry! Check out their cover of when the party's over. And The Wizard of ahhhs with todrick hall. They're both wonderful
Page 9 billion and 14 of your T's&C's states the Trouble Section will always be located as the first post. This is to save the delicate scrolly fingers of my more talkative BB's😜😜
I’ve been daft as a brush today, sorry for breaking B’s very reasonable Ts & Cs
@@ItsmeBarry I'll forgive you this time. I'm a very forgiving person don't you know.
If you heard this in a club, you'd never know it was a capella.
You would never ever think this was Accapella. Not in a Million years! Love it! Thanks for reviewing it and delighted to see you doing Pentatonix again! Can NEVER get enough of them. Will be attending their Sept. Concert at the Cynthia Woods Pavilion in Texas. Can’t wait! Hugs from Houston❤
I love this one. It’s an original. Love that they painted Scott’s hands as he’s famous for being unable to sing without his hands
It’s their experimenting with electro sounds Period. Looks like a steampunk festival. Kids dressing up and experimenting with sounds
They are so very creative
This should have earned them a Grammy!!! I can't tell you how many people I have played this for and they didn't believe me it was acapella! Great dance song!
Kevin, and Avi wrote this song. Mitch gave some feedback on his part of the song as well. Love this original from them. Great reaction. ❤
Kevin and avi mix so beautifully together the bass and the beatboxing is underratedly nice 💯 beautiful stuff right here
If you haven’t yet checked out PTX singing Creep, I like the live, unmasked version the best. I don’t know why seeing them sing is so important, but it is. They were on the Masked Singer.
I thought the lame idea that “ no one” knew who they were was just BS!
I'm 70 yo and I absolutely love this song! It shows their creativity so much! (and, yes, Avi does look scary...but he's supposed to!!) Glad to see you back to Pentatonix again!
Yes!! This is one of my favorite originals and I never get tired of it- each person is just 🔥🤯 in his/her part! 💜
Thanks, Barry!! I love this crazy original. Apparently Kevin decided that throat beats were not happening again after this song...they were too hard on his throat.
They just released a cover od Creep that you must see! 😍😍😍😍The unmasked version from The Masked Singer is the best one to watch.
Another example of how adaptable this talented group of young people can be!
Barry! Check out their cover of when the party's over. And The Wizard of ahhhs with todrick hall. They're both wonderful
EDM without the "E"... One of my favorites from their early days. Mitch's soaring vocals were a tour de force.
The look they were going for here is "Cyber Goth", a subculture of the dance club scene in the 90's, and they absolutely nailed it!
I sometimes use a screenshot from this video as the desktop wallpaper on my computer.
Here is a live version of this song - so all that is missing is some post production -it's pretty amazing to hear them in a techno-style song like this doing it live.
Oh goody!! This is by far one of my favorite PTX originals! I knew you'd love it Barry. It just once again proves how insanely talented these people are. No one else could make an EDM ( electronic dance music ) track with just their voices. NO one. I've always thought it was a dog gone shame this song isn't more well known. Thye did this as one of their first videos after Daft Punk I believe. And honestly, I think it should have won a Grammy as well.
An interesting production, but great lyrics. PTX's original songs are often unusual but works. Can't help but be-bop to this one.
"Love Again".... not the video I expected for a love song! But a great 90s dance sound.... I love it!
Barry, great reaction as usual!!😉💖
It sounds more like a break-up song really.
Patiently waiting for an Avi song. He has dozens to choose from. Change on the Rise first then All is Well 7 layer sessions, b/w video of I'm only getting started and When I'm a Fool live at Sunset Sound with Shooter Jennings. Total jam. Avi has a 5+ octave range that we didn't get to enjoy. Each song is really different and he does composing, arranging, singing and most of his own harmonies. I've asked several times for Avi so hope this is when you'll do one. Then you're hooked. Thanks Barry.
Completely agree! C'mon Barry, have a listen to any of Avi's solo work. It's amazing.
Yes, please Barry, give solo Avi Kaplan a chance!!!
I think you would love The Making Of Evergreen. It's a real in studio clip of the creative process they go thru to create music. To me it's amazing.
As always, this BB loves your reaction. Have a great day Barry.
Hello Barry, So glad to see a Pentatonix reaction from you and always love when you comment on the astounding vocals of Mitchy. This PTX original is fantastic - the lyrics, the arrangements, the costumes on all five of them and as always the impeccable vocals. Kevin and Avi bring in a great touch the drive the beat. More PTX please. Did you get to see PTX when they were in the UK?
This is my favorite Pentatonix original!! Please add a Scott Hoying original to your list if you have not already reacted to it, called Mars. Absolutely beautiful!
Thank you so much for looking at this magnificent Pentatonix original. On first view, I was also unsure, but now it is one of my favorites, and it is a huge thrill to see a reactor experiencing it!
I love when you do a PTX reaction!
This song and ‘WATER’ are two of my favorite PTX originals!! ❤️
One of my favorite originals! I think that one ruin poor sound system in my poor car LOL
This is PHENOMENAL 🤩🤩
Steampunk Aliens is their look, and they were inspired by their Daft Punk medley video. This is their original music, btw.
I sincerely hope it has been played in a club somewhere! Excellent reaction, desr Barry. So good to see you.
That "WHAT." right after Avi's base part 😄😂
so glad to see you doing a Pentatonix song - do more! I love your reactions! This is an original and the costumes are just a reflection of the popularity of Mortal Kombat when this was filmed.
This original song is from PTX Volume II. This EP also included Daft Punk which was their first Grammy. This EP was just genius level. This song especially is just astounding in that it doesn't have instruments. We know they did it but HOW???? They were so good early, and still are.
An original!!! Awesomeness!!!
WOW. Now that shocked me. So different visually from their usual performances. Love the song.....don't know if I like the visual. Those Avi eyes!!!!!!!
Once again they did it❤ well done Pentatonix! Barry be sure to show your BB's some more dance moves😂😂😂love how you enjoy this amazing bunch of ' youngsters'
One of my favorite PTX songs, and my favorite original!
Thank you very much!❤
One of their more unusual performances, that's for sure. Yet they somehow always please me, even with weirdness at times.
Nice reaction. Thank you.
😊❤ Big Love ❤️ thank you 😊
This is one of my favorite songs!! PTX is so amazing!! Great reaction!!
Double reaction! More please👍👍👍🌹🌹🌹
The throat singing of Kevin was so good I actually thought Avi was doing some of it. I didn't realize how wrong I was until I i started watching reaction videos. 😅
I was thinking the same thing! Those sounds they make😮😮😮😮😮
Love again holds my heart🤍
Great reaction✨
This is my favourite of their originals. It's classic EDM but I think I actually prefer this to Daft Punk - the backing from Avi and Kevin is INSANE! I also love the alien/Steampunk disco vibe!
Thank you Barry this is one of my fav PTX songs and its their own
Scott has a real look of David Bowie. 😮😮😮❤❤❤❤
Great reaction! Some of their originals are their best work. I know you love the a cappella, but I think you'd appreciate an artist out of Brighton, UK that's blowing up. Check out Hi Ren, by Ren. It's long and deep... like a one man show more than a song. I think his fan base would appreciate your style of reactions.
I agree, Drea Lyn! Barry’s take on Ren making music would be fascinating!
I don't know for sure...maybe someone else does, but after winning the Grammy for "Daft Punk Medley", which also had quite a bit of costuming and make-up, I wonder if they were trying to recreate some of that for this song??? Thanks, Barry. I started watching your channel during the pandemic so I have enjoyed your PTX reactions since then.
Surprising... but I like Thank you Barry🍀😘
☘️ Interesting sound overall. What was that that Kevin did at 3:40 ?? Crazy. They are so talented in so many different genres. Kevin was great in this one. I am assuming that was Ibiza you were speaking of? Nice!! The pictures I have seen from there are so beautiful.
Barry, please react to Dan Vasc singing amazing grace. He is a metal singer but also sings opera. You'll be blown away .
Love your reaction!!! ❤❤ certainly a club song!
I get you with associating songs with certain places/ times of year, I have that for SO many songs... some it's the time when I first listened to it on repeat, but others it's just vibes
A favorite. 😊❤
This one came out behind Daft Punk
Loved it ❤
! Wow!
Ha Ha! Halloween
PENTATONIX!!!!!!!
I wish they had also done a video for See-Trough, which is another EDM inspired original with Mitch lead and somewhat more romantic lyrics.
I supposed they were going for Cyber Punk with the make-up and robotic movements. Not sure what to think about Avi growling ”I’m gonna teach you how to love” with that looke on his face. It’s a very strange mix of sexy, scary and absolutely ridiculous.
I love your reactions. Please react to Dimash again. He has done so much in the past year or two.
Yes ❤️ Dimash!
I think they went through an early experimental phase with the costumes and make-up, which would have served them well if MTV had still been a viable video platform at the time. Their Daft Punk medley and that post-apocalyptic song (Imagine Dragons, maybe? Can’t quite remember the title?) with Lindsay Sterling was sort of similar. It didn’t last long, but whatever they want to try is fine by me. Loved your reaction, as always! Peace …
The Imagine Dragons cover was Radioactive.
@@sannalopperi-vihinen233Thanks, I couldn’t place it at the time.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Interesting, different, reminds me of something.
edm without actual instruments... nuts
Please check out
AUSTIN BROWN
“Bring Him Home “
i think Kirsten wore those googles in Radioactive ..
I guess at 74 I am out of touch, to me it's weird, it's certainly not a song you will hear around a campfire. I will admit Pentatonix are very talented, and I love a lot of what they do, this one? Not so much.
I guess this song seems more like voice art. They're so talented.
I'll be 74 this year and this song is one of my favourites, both sound and video. As we used to say "Different Strokes" I guess.
Heh...I'm 69 and I love this song in particular. It's amazing to me that this was one of their first originals as a group...Avi and Kevin wrote it and it's awesome. Oh well...the world would be a very boring place if we all thought the same.
There are some where you have to listen multiple times to appreciate it as much. And some where you need to listen without the video a couple times and then the video doesn’t distract.
So very opposite to Avi's ways and sounds.
Did he do it superbly? Yes!
Is it what he would do on his own?
Absolutely not!
What happened to the clean cut Pentatonix group- these are Aliens from another world- don’t like it at all- punk group!😢
They are dressed like members of Mortal Kombat - which was very popular at the time they made this video. They're just costumes - it's an original song. Look for live versions of it.
What do you mean what happened? This video is 9 years old. Its an original song that was supposed to be like their own take on their daft punk medley. They're still the same people under the costumes and makeup and shouldn't need to be clean cut for every video. Some people are way too judgemental.
@@PtxXtp it is my opinion- I’m not judging- I am old and probably dont appreciate that kind of take on the song- their voices are awesomely beautiful always!
They just look so different! Hard for me to wrap my head around it!
@Lorrie Albert but it's their own song nobody else's. That's the take they wanted for it.
