This Tutorial will show you how to mount Gopro on Open face helmets.
These mounts are the default mounts which comes with Gopro official packaging.

what about mic? where and how do you place it.

For mic I used full face helmet and mounted gopro in the front… pads in the helmet are detachable and wires can go inside that helmet…
