Damn I didn't realize I could setup my Parallettes like that to do dips pretty cool, I mostly do them on rings. Is doing heavy dips on rings a bad idea? I figure it's probably more injury prone since you have less support.
From my experience dips on rings are more likely to injure you because of the unstability... But with proper technique and background should be no problem.
Dips on rings kinda is more brutal on the triceps than their bar counterpart. But i agree with if your dont have strong stable shoulders it can can be dangerous on shoulders. But one good thing about weighted dips on rings is that is less harsher on the elbows. One time i was dipping 60kg and my elbow flared out to the side got some pain

WHAT THE F****. My best compliments. I personally think that it's unnecessary to burn that much strength before getting to the heaviest set. I wonder what the hell could you lift in those dips if only you started before with your max overload potential. Your strength is enviable.

Not generally, just now because we are closed in our homes and i can train everyday. I usually split pull / push (including legs)
