Our water wonderland has been discover again, and people from all over the US have their eyes on our area. Lot of new development coming and with that more people come to live the Florida expirience. Sunshine, Boating, Golf and location makes our are very attractve. In the last two years, we have been hit by hurricanes, higher insurance rates, inflation, and interest rates. Prices are still up, and buyers are still coming. We are probably expecting one interest drop for another surge of buyers.
