1. The ghost can produce the exact same sounds to a fucking T.
2. A voice recording plays when people enter to scare off trespassers.

I thought that too, but if you watch the video, before the noise there are no cuts, and they both react at the same time. Their reactions seem genuine. They would have to be pretty in sync and timed to both react at the same time to a noise edited in later (i.e no noise at all) so I think it's genuine. Tbh though i'll be pretty pissed off if all of these videos have been faked.
I don't know that it is fake for sure because their acting was in sync with the noise, but I'm still not sure if it's real either

Audio can be removed, but its hard to do. They could have contacted each other and both used the same sound effect for publicity, idk.

The reason I say stay in one place, is because you dont know the building you are
in and they can trap you, and keep you as long as they want to. Their energy alone can paralyze you. Do not make promises, and do not sell you soul. They have to let you go eventually. The voices that can be heard may sound innocent but dont trust it.
Its really best not to go in those type of buildings but you have free will. Just know there is no safety net. Fear empowers them, so try not to be afraid. If you do become afraid, Pray.

at 1:02 its not a ghost its water, when water repeatedly drips slowly in the same spot it leaves minerals that crystallize. When it rains there is probably a hole somewhere causing the water to slowly drip and leave behind light almost white trails. its a coincidence that it looks like a girl standing there.

Well first of all, in Joe's video whether it was planned or not was not a ghost. Ghost's need an incredible amount of energy to manifest so you wouldn't hear that many disembodied voices one after the other, so it was clearly another person or multiple people. Secondly, it is nigh on impossible to hear the voice with that exact tone/ pitch and frequency meaning you either took that sound file and used it or it's a person again. Put it this way, there was zero ghost activity in Joe's or your video.

Yeah, there's still no evidence. He say's he was pulled and he had scratches on his back but that could have been themselves doing that. In my experience and from what I've seen, Demonic attacks only occur after warnings and/or being provoked. There was none of this in the video, nothing but that one time he got "pulled". He could have easily just asked his mates to scratch up his back before going in (Possibly when they had just entered through the window, you'll notice a cut in the video where the door is slightly more closed.
I've never watched this guys videos but If I had to guess, I wouldn't exactly trust him. There are a few clickbait titles and thumbnails. I'll watch a few more of his vids but this one I find hard to believe, like I said. Demonic attacks don't just happen out of nowhere.

Actually places like this have speakers in certain rooms. Some speakers have an alarm, some have some with noises, and some with voices. This is to get you to safely leave the building without having to dispatch police as it is still considered trespassing. For example the clipstone colliery plays voices

The people making that noise is laughing at you as you run away.
That was the exact same voice and what I think it was a moment that happened at the asylum and whenever someone comes into the asylum it just replays if you know what I mean. It sounds like mabey a nurse or housemaid saying "Are you alright?" And the child responding with screams and that moment just keeps repeating itself as if the child Is trying to get attention and say "Get me out of this hell" Also known as the asylum
