The Osmonds are like every other family. They have their joys, sorrows, troubles, & triumphs. What does make them special is "sharing their talents with the world" for over 50 years. Thank you for all of those years.
I had the honour and privilege of attending both pioneers day concerts at SLC with my wife and friends. It was a truly moving moment when the Osmonds received a standing ovation from over 21000 people, surely a true testimony of how much love and appreciation is held for the whole family. I hope this wasnt the last time we see the family all together.
How can you not love this family?? They are just amazing! How many of us can claim this kind of love for each other? May they continue as long as they can!! I had the opportunity to see this & it was so worth the drive & standing in line for over 3 hours!
This song always makes me tear up it's because I know their era is over and I enjoyed their music through out my life it's as if a piece of my life is over and we're all getting older and our lives are ebbing away with health problems.... God bless the Osmond's !!!
This is such a beautiful song sang by such a beautiful family....who I love with all my heart, Im so proud to call myself an Osmond fan. Merrills voice is out of this world and Jay is just one gorgeous man who I would love to run away with (well I can dream cant I Lol) I always have and I always will love The Osmonds.
This was the most moving version I've heard with Merrill, Marie and Jimmy breaking down, I've been a fan for over 40 years and will always be one, I love them so much.
This is wonderful! I love the Osmonds! it was touching to see Marie tearing up, I can't imagine the emotions they must all feel at this time. It's very nice to see a loving family.
I often wonder if the Osmonds brother really knew how immensely popular they where worldwide 🤔 I'm in my mid 50's and I grew up with them here in Ireland ,and I recall waiting for their next release . Worldwide radio was not prevalent at the time, so the only way to get to hear them at your leisure, was to go out and purchase their records. There wasn't many record stores in Dublin in the late 60's early 70's , so when the boys had a single release, you needed to be at the fore of the que . (Line) 😀 I have so many fond memories of the Osmonds , shed many a tear too 😪 I am deeply sorry I never got to see them live, nonetheless ,Thank you for this precious memory. Derek-Dublin-Ireland
Merrill's voice cracks as he tears up, then Jay puts his hand on Merrill's shoulder to comfort him........ I have seen this video so many times and till this day it never fails to choke me up.
I remember the "Donny & Marie"show I was in school & it was on every Friday night @ 7:00-8:00p.m.!I saw the show where Marie sang the song "Paper Roses"!They're such a wonderful family!I had an album that Jimmy did called "Killer Joe!"I'd play it for hours!
God rewarded this family. They are wonderful and much more were their parents who led them along the way of art. With much admiration, hugs from Brazil
I love all of you......been a strong fan since my school days...and when I was a studentin Utah State Uni....I have been following all of your song....best wishes and kind regards from me in Asia...TQ
How could anybody not love this remarkable family! In my life they and their music have been an inspiration to me and a beacon of strength in hard times and they certainly have had theirs. I love their commitment to their (our) faith and values in a very difficult environment of entertainment and still they stand and are so loved by fans worldwide. Thank you for the years of truly inspired words of music and faith that you have shared with all of us. For you, WE are blessed!!!
There never has been and there never will be our Osmond brothers five, I say this with a shaky voice because I don’t have them so much I don’t know where I would’ve been without them in my life 💙🧡💜💚😊
yea and how donny comforts marie, when she gets emotional. such a great family. their all amazing. oh, and jimmy going to his big sister for comfort. great family.

great video !!!! I've loved the Osmonds for close to 40 years.... what a testimony to George and Olive Osmond - what an example they are of what this world lacks these days'family'
I need one of the 3-box packs of Kleenex! Oh my gosh! This was indescribable, so beautiful. I love this family as if it were my own, and I do have a good family. They're just not performers. So glad the Osmonds have shown everyone what a family should be. And what an example of the Church for the whole world!
Rosy, I agree with everything you say.I feel the same way it must be because we we grew up with them,To me their not performers, they go way beyond that.I cry everytime I watch this (no matter how many times). They have goe thru so much thru the years
Thanks for sharing, I cry everytime I watch this clip- What a truly amazing family!!!! I love all the Osmonds- and I am grateful for the music through the years!!!!
Thanks for posting this. It's my fourth time watching and the tears start when Merrill tears up and just flow when Jimmy has to speak the lyric. The concert was absolutely amazing.
Love this song. I'm homeless at the moment. Being adopted was wonderful expect 1 brother. I'm 61 my sister is 86 got dementia so he put her in a nursing home far away I loosing my eye sight so can't drive. It's a pain that I can't see her. I wish to my Maker that I would go before her. I haven't seen her since 3 days before July 1 2021. Saw her on her bday September 5th every time I call nobody answers this song makes me cry I Miss her so much. Like MOM and DAD. This brother of hers is all the Money Man I hope Karma bites him
So touching when Jimmy sees Marie crying and can't sing a couple of lines of the song. Met them years ago along with their mom and they really are as nice as they seem.

I love this song I like the clip when Andy Williams refers to Marie as the youngest Osmond Brother and then says she is thd boys Sister Marie from Suzanne Dublin Ireland
i was touch of jay´s last lyrics" can imagine anything the 4 of us can do".i think this 4 are also heroes in the family bec at young age they thought of their 2 deaf brothers to help them have hearing aid. they sacrifices their childhood n youth for the family. if not from them the others will have a hard time to be recognize. i´m sure the 3 younger siblings are grateful to the original 4. i called them the fantastic 4,
Ya know I know (or atleast I think confidently :)--) that they didn't intend it this way but the way their lyrics speak to their relationship it was perfect the way that they broke it up. Between singing about what we can't do for the four "boys" to ending with Jimmy say "as long as its ok (when they're zooming in) Id like to stay with you etc. He looked like he was pleading with Donny and Marie. He had such a passionate look on his face like he was looking at Marie as his sense of confidence.
I noticed too if you watch Alan his eyes look pretty moist. He didn't as it were choke up but that is kick butt professionalism that you can't hardly tell the difference.
I just realized something by reading a book about people who worked on Disney after watching these videos that made me think about them in a different way. They were kind of ahead of the curve of Disney being popular when they were there. For some reason, I thought Disney Land was more recently opened than it was. I think because of the fact that their younger Cousin Disney world is never. D. Land is more like Alan etc's high school years and D. WORLD is more like Jimmy's teen years!! Totally different childhood images. I guess part of it is because I went to WDW in a former life in high school and it was the big ticket place. Was WDW the "big ticket" place in a former life or do people over 40-50 still feel it is? I just never thought when watching these clips as an adult for the first time how "uber fancy" WDW was in a former life? They were only open in the 60s I think? I am currently reading and relearning history about these guys' first music home in a book called "Dream It. Do It." about the guy who was involved in the Imagineering stuff of WDW and Disney Land as well as a myriad of other jobs!
After watching again, ALL of the OSMONDS have tears
YES, I'M CRYING NOW
Donny's youthful voice never left him..
The Osmonds are like every other family. They have their joys, sorrows, troubles, & triumphs. What does make them special is "sharing their talents with the world" for over 50 years. Thank you for all of those years.
