Dhani is amazing!!!!!!!! I love how he reflects George, but he still is his own person and musician. It's great how he isn't just sharing George's spotlight, but he's making his own name for himself! I love thenewno2 and this song!!! Beautiful!
"If Dhani decides to he wants to write music, I hope he does it to please himself, and not for the masters of the world who rob a person of their innocense and than tear your heart out." - Olivia Harrison
When Dhani was playing at his father's tribute concert, his mother told Paul McCartney that seeing Dhani on stage was like "George stayed young and we all got old".
When my dad would listen to your dads' music he would say "George turely is a son of Hari" When I listen to your music I can hear that you are living up to the family name. Love and light
you're probably the only beatles son that's made a name for HIMSELF in a major way. you are truly talented. i love george, but my obsession with your music has nothing to do with the beatles- you're just an amazingly talented artist and you got there all on your own.
by far... BY FAR ... his most beautiful song. beautifully crafted and produced; dreamy, silky, airy sound... which he unfortunately abandoned in the very slick "In parallel"
What a fab song, and flawless LP. Thenewno2 is a rare gem in a sea full of blah. The melody is haunting, and really sticks with you. Thanks guys! Keep up the amazing work!
Dhani is cute, good looking guy with guitar playing skills and mesmerizing voice, but the thing I really admire about him is a fact that he studied physics and graduated from university. That proves not only he is smart and clever, but also a hardworking and responsiable guy. Unlike most of the famous and rich celebrity kids who end up spending their family money and going to rehab, he chose a different life path and became a child every parent would be proud to have.
i met dhani a while ago his performance at the film premiere i was at made me cry and this is actually really go hes breaking away from his dad's genre (Y) xxx
I saw your myspace bulletin this morning and I almost had a heart attack out of excitement! Love the song and the video...great work as always! Just don't keep up waiting too long for that album!
This interview from Guitar World about this song had a KILLER surprise: Harrison: For the slide solo on Another John Doe I used Rocky the psychedelic painted Stratocaster that my dad use to play the slide solo on All You need is Love GW: WOW Harrison: I know. How much of a rich spoiled bastard am I? But I figure my Dads dead and if I dont use the studio and all of the equipment and guitars its going to sit there quiet forever. And that would be a damn shame. .
This song is so beautiful and tragic; it encompasses '"The Dark Horse" and the angels choir in Heaven. The most significant lyrical phrase is the rhetorical question "How many fallen stars does it take to wake a nation?"Thank you for sharing this moving masterpiece ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
The vid's cool aside from makin' me a wee bit dizzy! I really like the lyrics. Dhani, when you & Oli put your heads together, you really create. When you're ready to release the album, could ya give us a shout over on your Dad's board? And...would it be too much to ask to put some of the t-shirts into the shop? Please and thank you. EVERYBODY THERE LOVES YA !!
Dhani is amazing!!!!!!!!

This one is great! He's a great artist in his own right. Hopefully more people start to recognize that.

Gotta hand it to Dhani. He is way better than all the other Beatle babies.
patrick crawford Who said it is a competition? They are all unique like their dads.
I quite liked Julian’s musical output.
They’re all unique AND they’re different so please don’t do that again (I know it’s over four years ago but still)
Even if I had no idea who he is or who his father was, I would like this song anyway. It is beautiful, dream, mellow...great tune.
When Dhani was playing at his father's tribute concert, his mother told Paul McCartney that seeing Dhani on stage was like "George stayed young and we all got old".
Really like all of Dhani's music...he's got his own sound...
I agree wholeheartedly....in the beginning I had to listen since I am such a fan of George...then I fell in love with Dhani's music.
That little picking technique he uses starting at 1:03, It,s so cool, really adds to the song. That Fender really sings.
When my dad would listen to your dads' music he would say "George turely is a son of Hari"
When I listen to your music I can hear that you are living up to the family name.
Love and light
Adoro esta música!!!!! Estou ouvindo o dia inteiro..muito boa!!!! O que é a voz do Dhani.??..Nossa!!!!!
Amazing! He's so talented just like his father!
Their voices actually sounds very similar
you're probably the only beatles son that's made a name for HIMSELF in a major way. you are truly talented. i love george, but my obsession with your music has nothing to do with the beatles- you're just an amazingly talented artist and you got there all on your own.
When I have to work through the night I put their albums on repeat! Works like a charm!
i have the same GW mag . wanted to hear the slide work on this song and glad i looked it up . good job
This is a great song. Great guitar, great voice, and great video! Excellent work!
by far... BY FAR ... his most beautiful song. beautifully crafted and produced; dreamy, silky, airy sound... which he unfortunately abandoned in the very slick "In parallel"
So refreshing to see the offspring of a super star make his own name, solely off talent. Really good. Cheers.
Great song & video! Love the slide guitar. Can't wait to hear more new music from you.
I like Dhani's music a lot . Obviously , he is not his father, but he has a sound of his own, and it's good, very very good. Thank you Dhani
The video is great because it is simple and direct. The song has a very deep atmosphere. Love both! Thanks for sharing!
"How many fallen stars does it take to wake a nation?" Deeper meaning than it states.
I love that Oli is directing the videos. He's doing a very good job and it could lead to greater things.
KUDOS.
I sincerely hope that his kid looks just like him, with his voice. A George or Dhani every generation.
I love Thenewno2!This is a fantastic video and a great song, greetings from Argentina!

Why your music go so deep in our minds....
I love Dhani's voice! It makes me feel good!!
BRILLIANT TUNE! Love the melodics.
Love his voice.. love the mood. Really great
one of the reasons Dhani chose thenewno2 as a way of showing he can make it on his own without his family name. Great job Dhani
He's got look, voice, talking style, pesona and talent in musics exactly like his father, The Great George Harrison.
Dhani is cute, good looking guy with guitar playing skills and mesmerizing voice, but the thing I really admire about him is a fact that he studied physics and graduated from university. That proves not only he is smart and clever, but also a hardworking and responsiable guy. You guys are always impressive. The new song is amazing...as is the video. Now I am looking forward to the album even more. Thanks guys!

Man... Dhani... You've got the future in your head and existence in your soul. This music is epic. My love to you and your family.

It's very relaxing

Beautiful haunting song..
I like the video itself..." how many falling stars does it take to wake a neighbor" very good. Thanks Dhani

You can hear George in Dhani's Voice
:) Love it!
I love the lyrics, Dhani is an amazing artist.
i think this is great, hope to see more music from thenewno2
The slownest of the song has a "stop and stare at your life and who you are" vibe to it; noice.
Nice laid-back groove -- Young Master Harrison could be a musician worth watching.
I saw your myspace bulletin this morning and I almost had a heart attack out of excitement! Love the song and the video...great work as always! Just don't keep up waiting too long for that album!

Harrison está felíz escuchándolo allá sentado en su Cloud Nine!
Woah. Seriously, Dhani has some amazing talent!
Wonderful song
I know, George is my favorite too.

fashion.
