I’m on week 5 and have lost all motivation! I was doing so well up to week 4. Haven’t been out in a week, feeling a little more motivated after your video so I’m going out for my next run this evening 🏃🏼♀️ you both look great! X

Wow you both look amazing. Can I just say how realistically you have portrayed your weight loss raw and honest. For me personally the only time I lost loads of weight in a short space of time was doing the 5:2 which as you correctly state is not sustainable in the long term. I have started intermittent fasting and am certainly going to take your comments on board especially having full fat and not fat free which is as you say full of hidden sugars. Thanks again guys just love the dynamic of you two you’re certainly a team well done😁x

Wow when you said intermittent fasting you got me , I’m doing this now & it’s been brilliant & I’ve got control back which is fab , I used to do OMAD which is one meal a day which was a Mediterranean meal cooking only with olive oil . This time I’ve gone back to it after taking 2 years out & putting back on almost 3 stone , as you said it creeps back on but I’ve now got me back on track & have lost a stone & a half with another stone to go as I want to be back to 9 stone where I’m comfortable & my clothes for , I feel sexy & so happy in self so well done you both it’s amazing & does work , we are not meant to keep eating it’s bad for our insulin to keep rising through the day . I fast for 44 hours now & luv it ,,,, Well done & a brilliant video x
Wow you both look amazing and this video is very inspiring too. I’m 61 now and feel like I’m always dieting but in a non sustainable way so it doesn’t last. I’ve done all the clubs and lost weight each time but never kept it off, I think I need to follow your example and finally cut down on sugar. I used to be really fit from the gym and running but developed fibromyalgia which put a stop to running. I do walk a lot when I can but I’ve just spent Saturday in bed feeling awful and I know it’s mainly because of my diet so I need to sort it out, thanks for the inspiration 🥰

Firstly well done to both you and Mark Liza you have both done amazing and look great. I'm so glad I watched this video because the points you put across are doable. What a great approach you are both taking on your health and wellness journey. Great mindset and thinking. The changes you have both made are realistic. Like you say no fad diets just being more mindful of what you are eating. I've tried various different diets and yes lost the weight but it's slowly crept back on because it isn't sustainable. Doing what you are doing is beneficial in the long run because it's a lifestyle change. I've picked up some great tips from watching this and like you both did the first thing I need to drastically reduce is my sugar intake. Wish you both well on the rest of your journey x

My dad is 69 and has run fir the past 10 years now after being diagnosed with diabetes which has now gone along with about7 stone in weight..
His garage is the gym now Jim's gym he uses rhe Nordiktrac treadmill and bike I starred in Jan also haven't got where I want to be foe it's great to have it indoors as I feel too embarrassed to run outside yet but one day I will.
You both have done incredible well done keep it up xx

Good on you guys you both look very healthy. I’ve lost 22 kgs (48 pounds) this year too and feel great for it. I have cut sugar and carbs out and it’s been pretty easy really since I love green veggies. Once you start seeing results and other people notice it’s a real motivation to stay on track.

Well done you are both my inspiration and the reason im currently doing couch 2 5k. Im on wk 6 and dont find it easy but i havent missed a run. The way i feel after keeps me going! You both look amazing xx

Well done guys, you have done amazing considering busy life and kids etc. I struggle with meal inspiration, have you got go to sites for realistic healthy meal, im quite fussy when it comes to veggies, the chicken bowls you showed looked lovely, just wondering if you have a go to site for these ideas on what to eat x thanks 😊
Thankyou, I actually find loads of inspo on TikTok and Instagram but I am a creature of habit so if I like something I tend to eat it over and over again 🤣

I’ve lost 24lbs in just over a year . I found a routine that works for me and I do need a meal before the gym and exercise class during the week as I am diabetic and need to stabilise my sugars . You have helped to encourage me to maybe try the couch to 5k in the future

Morning lovelies, you’ve both done absolutely incredible! If you start strength training too I found my runs improved even more and that high you get after is amazing! Definitely it’s a life style change and I love that you’ve supported each other by doing it together xx

You both look amazing keep it up and keep up with your running, and your healthy eating. I lift weights 4 or 5 times a week and used to do bodybuilding, so i admire you both for doing what you're doing to keep yourselves fit and healthy, enjoy your journey guys ❤️

I would so love to be able to do this and so for my husband, but we both have active / physical jobs, the food just wouldn’t sustain us plus especially for my husband on building sites to not be able to prepare or keep food hot or cold for long periods of time. Kudos to you both though, genuinely look amazing and credit to you keeping it up.
Thankyou. Mark does prepare alot of his food the night before and take it with him to work in a cool box. You can also buy amazing food flasks to keep food warm x

I fast as well and have found it incredibly helpful. Decreased bloating and helps me to control snacking (esp. late night snacks).

Ooh just had a look at this, no we don’t have 800 calorie days but I do stick to my recommended calories to be in a deficit x. X

I am such a FAILURE. How do you stop the chocolate etc eating ??????
I think the key is to not cut everything out, it’s all about moderation and switching to healthier options. Why not try dark chocolate, try having a square of it with a cuppa to enjoy it but also eat foods that keep you fuller for longer x. X

Firstly you both look amazing!! Diets don’t work you end up putting all the weight back on, I learnt recently that you have to ask yourself can I do this for the rest of your life and if the answer is no then it’s not sustainable. You guys are definitely smashing it and you’ve massively inspired me! We have a gym in our garden room which is half home office half gym (it used to be our garage and we had it rebuilt) we have a tv in there, punch bag, weights bench and a mirror we find it works really well for me and my husband! Xx

Hello lovelies you are so sweet together totally in love ❤❤.Well ✅✅ done you've done so well, incredibly really helps doing it together especially if there's a lot of weight to lose .Yes that's what happened with me ,it was a switch iny head that said enough of being fat! So joined Slimming world a year ago,have lost three stone half a stone left to go . Like you guys when on holiday not so strict but still keeping an eye on what I'm eating.Again like you said Lisa you don't want the rubbish anymore makes you feel like a slob😂xx

We're 2 old codgers that 'threaten' to start a Diet every Monday! We've been eating so many chocolate biscuits, scones, and eating massive potions! Oh, and he is a fiend for making a sarnie when he really should just make some scambled eggs!
We've decided that we're going to eat 'clean': no sauces, cook from scratch (which we normally do), drop the sugar and cut out bad carbs. But eat more protein and drink more water.
We're actually going to pretend that we're losing weight for our son's Wedding - again! We managed to lose 21lb each for that 20mths ago. I like intermittent eating so will do that again.
We haven't putmany of those pounds back on, but our bellies look like we've put stones on, and its all down to sugar!!!😡
Well tomorrow seems a good enough day to start, so wish us luck!!

Try queens don’t quit Liza. I have the Nordic track spin bike and it’s great but if it is American so you c can’t do lives. I think Pelaton the lives are for English time if that makes sense.
