man, the fact that the literal day after you got ENGAGED was like a day of conflicts fights and hatred makes me so sad. I'm really really really happy that you guys are so happy together now, it's refreshing. happy birthday dan! love you so so much
It makes me sad that they’ve (mostly he) has gotten all the hate that they have, they don’t deserve that, they’re just trying to live their lives let them do it!!
Does anybody ever think that Dani will talk about her family and them not accepting her marriage ? Like its so evident Dani doesnt even go visit her parents anymore
To be fair, right now she can't actually go visit them, nor has she been able to because she's not quarantined with the rest of the family (whereas the rest of the family is all together or spending a lot of time together).
Funny how people expect her to discuss all of her private and personal family situations publicly... you ready to spill all of your tea to the whole world? No? Yeah neither is she. She’s a human, and so are her family. Leave it alone.
are you ever going to talk more about not having support from loved ones? like how that’s affected your relationship with them and maybe going into why they didn’t support you two? was it strictly because of age? and how didn’t you let it sway you from marrying your husband? i can’t imagine how hard that would be. did they end up going to/being in your wedding? was it then awkward????
When you are actually in love with someone and find your soulmate like Dani and Emmyn have, others opinions are not your top priority. They are starting there own family. Sure it's nice to have your family support you, but if they don't thats there choice. I'm happy for them. This is coming from someone thats happily married to there soulmate. :)
I can’t imagine how hard that would be, but I understand why they don’t address it. It’s a sensitive subject and also not our business lol, but I do wanna know 👀
People definitely overemphasize the engagement and wedding. Marriage is so much more than 4 hours of your life. I always encourage my couples to plan for marriage over planning for a wedding. Discuss finances, family planning, religion (if applicable), expectations for in-law relationships, etc. Loved this video!

wait i just finished watching HAHAH “we should both get drunk at the reception. wait no. we should make a rule that no one else can get drunk except us.” omg i loved that
I’m so sorry that you had negativity surrounding your marriage and engagement! People don’t know your love! My parents fell in love at 13 and still are married (40,41) my grandparents would call the cops on my parents because they didn’t want them to be together because they thought that they don’t know what love is yet! But they are happy and 27 years they have been together. I wish you nothing but happiness!
My husband and I got engaged and married when I was 19 and I was soooo blessed to have the support from my parents. They too got engaged and married at 19 and are still together now. I’m so sorry you guys didn’t get to experience the love and support through your engagement and marriage but I think it is honestly so great that you stuck with it and didn’t give up. I’m not sure what I would’ve done if I didn’t have my parents approval and that makes me so sad. I’m glad I’ve grown from that and finally understand that you just have to trust your gut and know that you are the only person who knows what’s right for you.
I think it’s really cool that you both paved your own way as individuals and a couple. I feel like you have defied a lot of stereotypes and moved past your family’s expectations, and that’s really cool.
I also got married when I was 18. I married my high school sweetheart. We were sitting in our car and he wrote will you marry me on his Apple Watch and sent it to me and so I got to watch it be written out and when I turned to look at him he was holding up the ring. At the time my Family lived in Texas so they didn’t attend our “wedding”. So we decided to get married in a courthouse. I didn’t wear a white dress I wore a really simple pink one and my husband wore a nice button-down with some slacks and a tie. We got married 20 days after he proposed to me. I definitely understand that feeling of I just want to get married and I don’t care about the wedding. The day we picked to get married wasn’t even special, it just so happened that we both were off from our retail jobs that day. We didn’t have a reception after. But I definitely don’t regret anything that we did. I absolutely love that day and I cherish it so much because I got to marry my best friend. My husband and I both definitely want to one day to a fun reception with both our families and renew our vows. Possibly have a big wedding but after we have kids so they can be included in the wedding. We got a lot of slack for getting married so young, but when you find your person you just know.
Happy happy birthday, Dani. You have been such an inspiration to people. Not only the younger generation but to us who are older than you as well. You have opened my eyes to so many things with the topics in your videos. You are such a genuine person and I truly admire and appreciate your authenticity. Keep doing you, Dan. You are a huge blessing to this world. I wish you all your hearts desires. You deserve the world. ILYSM Dani. Happy birthdaaaaay! God bless. ❤️
HAPPY BIRTHDAY GORGEOUS PRINCESS. HOPE YOU ENJOYED YOUR SPECIAL DAY AND I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU'RE 20 ALREADY. YOU'RE GROWING UP SO FAST. I HOPE 20 TREATS YOU WELL. 💙💙💙💙
Had Dani moved out before she married Emmyn? I’m surprised that her Catholic family were okay with Emmyn spending the night? 🤔 no judgement, just curious 🙂
This was so much fun to watch, I love you guys lol. I can relate so much, I just turned 20 last month and my husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary just last week, so I had just turned 19 when we got married. We chose to do so because he joined the Air Force, but a lot of people told us that we were rushing things, we should just enjoy life, we're too young, blah blah blah. We got married 2 weeks after he proposed and we haven't had our conventional wedding celebration yet because timing just hasn't been right, but his parents have had a hard time accepting me as his wife because we're still so young and it was actually just him and I when we went to the courthouse so they didn't witness anything. Basically, just be happy that you are in love and do what's best for you guys because only YOU TWO know what that is! I love seeing how happy you two are, you make a beautiful couple
My now-husband proposed to me 3 months after confessing our feelings. I was going to leave the country, we didn't know if we would even see each other again, but even so I said yes. It was a no-stonr silver ring (not a traditional engagement ring) and we were 19. He came to live with me and my parents a year after (I never told them he was my boyfriend till I had to) and 3 years later we got married. We've been together for 6 years and married for 2. A lot of people told me it was CRAZY, and tbh it was. 3 month relationship and already engaged? Well, we were friends for 2 years and he was my absolute best friend for the 4 months prior that relationship (and still is)... the point is that I never told my family we had already decided to get married, so I asked him to do it right and officially ask my parents. To my surprise, my father cried... I was 23 when we got married. We got married in an office with only our parents present and one of our best friends. The engagement- wedding thing is extremely overrated.
I love y'alls story. I kinda have a similar one - ish? I didn't have support from my loved ones when I moved in with my boyfriend one year after we were together (I moved out of state against their wishes, and they never supported our relationship anyway). This caused a year of turmoil, heat, and sorrow among family members (I didn't say anything until I left because of my parents constant emotional abuse...), and I'm pretty sure my mom still holds a grudge against my Aunt who helped me move and make this decision. I'm with you - I literally had to turn my phone off for nearly a week to keep sane. I had basically no money, I used what I could from what I had saved from working at a Movie theater through High School, and worked my a** off for years to finally be in a place where I'm almost graduating from College with a full time Salaried job lined up. I'm now 26. This all happened when I was 18. I literally moved out 1-2 weeks after High School graduation in 2012. . Marriage was a complicated subject for my boyfriend and I. It took us YEARS to figure out how we felt about kids, and we didn't want to get married before we both knew what we wanted. Not being religious, we don't have that aspect of it, but we do see how it signifies your commitment towards each other. We haven't gotten married yet, but we both agreed when we want to it'll be small and intimate, honestly just might get married in the courthouse - MAYBE have a party, and I just want any unique ring that won't cost him a fortune. Everyone involved learned a lot from my moving out experience, and I've become a much different person than I was then, and it's healed SO many of my relationships that were on the rocks upon moving. It's worth noting that my boyfriend and I met when we were 14 on Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne (lol), and were good friends for years long distance before we started dating long distance for a year prior to moving in together. We Skyped and chatted on TeamSpeak constantly, and called every day. Long distance works if you're willing to trust the person, be patient, and try and see each other from time to time! :) In a week in a half we'll be celebrating 9 years together! :)
A lot of people misjudged you guys at first. I’m hoping they recognized that. I love you both. Amazing couple with independent personalities yet you complement one another perfectly. Love both your channels. Engaging and entertaining. Thank you!
you know what really blows my mind is how EVERYONE can be so supportive of ryan trahan and haley pham's engagement at the same age with relatively close dating time periods, and so many similar things, but no one can be supportive to y'all. i love both couples very much and i will support you and dani in every decision you make that benefits you both for the better. i have never once thought anything negatively about emmyn and thought y'all were perfect from the beginning. it's crazy how there are so many double standards about marriage. if you two are happy, who is to stop you!!
Happy birthday Dani! You are growing into a wonderful woman. You and Emmyn are such a cute couple! I can’t believe you are turning 20 years old, you grow so fast! Emmyn is soooooooo lucky to have you because you are sooooo sweet and such a good singer!
Absolutely! My husband and I had so many people who were against us when we first got engaged. We’ve been happily married for 3 years now, though and it’s easily the best decision I’ve ever made in my life
I'd also like to apologize, I feel guilty as I am one of those early on that also thought this was a relationship full of 'red flags' but as I got to watch more of your videos my mind changed and I can clearly see how happy you both are. I apologize for judging so quickly. Hope you all are doing well :)
I love this. My husband proposed to me 4 months after we started dating (!!!) and we got married two years after. So many people were against it and we both got hurt by people close to us about it for so long. I got married at 19, and I remember *everyone and their mom* having an opinion on it lol. But hey, we’ve been happily married for 3 years now and it’s honestly the best decision I’ve ever made
@Deanna W yeah that's fair and I'm a firm believer of that But I also have major depressive disorder that's really REALLY bad so I never had a chance 😅 tbh so many people do nowadays, sometimes you just cant even see the happiness in front of you
@Deanna W yeah your right. my depression is a little more complicated than that though-it runs in my family, and it's not depressive episodes necessarily, it's a disorder that is constant and decreases the overall quality of life. Depression affects the brain in a way that makes happiness almost impossible--literally- to recognize. I have happy moments still, but the overall quality of my living is pretty terrible due to my mental health, not even including all the crud going on in the world. What you said still applies, but it only goes so far when your brain itself is screwed up. (Ya girl got anxiety and what I suspect to be a form of OCD, but we figuring that out) Ik so many people going through this, which is why I say happiness is rare😕
A few days ago my boyfriend and I went ring shopping to see what kind of rings I liked. We found this ring and I fell in love with it. I didn’t want any other ring. It was on sale and it was the last day of the sale so he bought it. I wanted the ring to be a surprise but the sale was too good to pass up. So I don’t mind knowing what my ring is before he proposes. Cause at the end of the day it isn’t about the ring.
This is exactly what happened with my husband and I as well. I didn’t plan to want to know when he got it but we went to look as well and I loved it and it was on sale sooooo
I absolutely love how open they are together dani looks so happier now and so much full of life . Im so hoping for the video on how her sisters and family acted towards her engagement and wedding. We all know it didn't go well. Congrats Dani on following your heart your such a lovely couple sending so much love your way guys!!
Happy birthday Dani! I know I've never met you but you've made me and so many other people feel special and loved. You've opened my eyes and no matter what I hope you keep being you. Every single person is so blessed to have you on this earth. I love you so so much, and happy birthday again!
People were very foul to me too when I got engaged and 19, I’m getting married in October and I couldn’t be more excited to make this decision and new chapter of my life! You guys are awesome, and you really help me get through the season, I know God wants me to marry this man, so I’m going to do it!
Dani and Emmyn I love you both so much and I am so very happy and proud of you and very happy that people are finally accepting that Emmyn is actually a very great match for Dani!!!!!!Dani I know for a fact that you are going to be an amazing mom and Emmyn I know for a fact that you are going to be an amazing dad!!!!!!I wish you both love, happiness and everything that is good!!!!!!!
Happy 20th Birthday Dani! 🎉🎂🍰😍😁🎆🎈🎊🎀🎁 I hope you and Emmyn have an extraordinary day!!! Also, I can tell this is going to be an INTERESTING video! 😂 I'm expecting a whole lot of "EmMyN's" coming from Dani!
I feel like you are like my boyfriend of almost 2 years and me which is why I understand exactly why you talked about marriage so early and went through with it. You seem really mature with each other. I have total respect for you! All the best to the two of you!
Lol, I basically guided my man what ring I want. I just sent him photos/info. I just don't know when he's going to buy it or propose. In my opinion, if I'm going to wear that for a really really long time, it'd be something I want to wear. But regardless, I'm going to appreciate what ring he chooses. The ring won't be the deciding factor to marry him because he's priceless.
I respect and admire so much the fact that you did what YOU guys felt was right for you, no matter what people said. People always feel a certain kind of way when you don't do things the way they would, but at the end of the day you are the one who has to live with your decisions, not them. I'm so happy for you guys! Wish you the best 💜
i love u guys and it makes me sad that u guys didn't got support from ur loved ones. that sucks BUT I'm so happy for the both of u and can't wait to see what the future holds. ❤
Happy birthday Dani 🎉🥳 I can't believe your 20 already!!! I hope your enjoying your day! Love you so much ❤ I'm glad you have Emmyn in your life! You guys are the best! 😃
The fact that people had the nerve to be mean & show so much hate to this beautiful couple upsets me! Love is Love❤️ And when ya know a person is the one ya just know❤️
I love the idea of getting married, but I definitely don't want to rush into it and just get to the marriage. I guess I just want more time to take the various stages in. But I think it's really special and fun how you guys did it ♥️
Dani I love this! I’m getting married next June and I don’t have any money or support either. Paying for it all myself. It’s nice to see that it don’t have to be a huge party, I like how you guys made it intimate.
my engagement was like "you wanna be with me forever?" "yeah" "we should get married" "ok" and then we started planning the wedding. my husband didn't even know that usually people propose and buy an engagement ring!!
Awww I think that was the sweetest proposal just seeing how excited Emmyn was he didn’t wanna wait to pop the question the next day! Love you guys such an adorable couple! 💜❤️ I got married young too and it was the best decision ever! Every new experience is with my husband and we are both learning and growing together! ❤️💜
Okay but imagine getting engaged and being so excited about it and then next day, u have people telling u it's wrong. I'm so sorry u had to go through that :// I'm glad it all worked out eventually
I always get feelings about things and they end up happening lol. But I know whats its like to have family dislike the fact you got married young, got married a month before i turned 19, and next month is our one year. Literally all that matters is your own happiness, your family didn't marry him you did. Im gald to see you both happy, and not back out of things because of how people reacted. My wedding day was rough too, me and my husband had our phones off for a few days.
My parents had known each other for 6 months before they got married and they are still together while I’m 16 and my sister is 17. I love y’all’s chemistry
I married my husband at 19, he was 25. we were also only dating a year before we got engaged and had the wedding a few months after. We didn’t do a fancy wedding and only had few people. We just knew we wanted to be married, and enjoy the rest of our lives together. So we figured, why wait? We had people shocked with us being so young, wondering if I was pregnant, ect, ect (I was not...) But here we are 6 years later, HAPPY, still very much in love, and now have 2 kiddos... 😊 it’s about your happiness, not anyone else’s.
The day before I got engaged, my friends asked me, "so Olga, what are you doing tomorrow?" I then nonchalantly replied, "getting engaged". Did I actually think I was gonna get engaged? NO WAY! point is.. I can relate
I 100% agree that your focus should be on the marriage and not on the wedding. Weddings are fun but it's important to remember you're marrying this person forever. Parties aren't forever, marriage is.
I slightly understand how you guys felt. My husband and I were only dating about a year before he proposed. (and yeah sorry i went with him to pick out my ring yikes). My family was okay with it. His family had only met me like a few months prior to the proposal so they were very iffy. My friends too felt like we were moving too fast. I got a lot of those comments "you're moving too fast" . We got engaged in July 2019, and had planned for a church wedding the year later but in February we realized we just wanted to be married so we got married in court. We never wanted a long engagement, we knew we wanted marriage right away. We're still planning a church wedding, just for our families because they're all traditional Catholic. But we're happy we "moved fast" and we don't regret anything. Who needs to go a traditonal route anyway
i'm laughing way too hard with all the RED FLAGS jokes lol
I knoooow lmao 😂 Emmyn is hilarious
Yeah I couldn't stop laughing😂😂😂

The intro. and sound affects are everything 😂🤣😂🤣 you guys are great!
I can relate!!!! My fiancé and I are sooo unconventional and there aren’t a lot of supporters but it’s not about them it’s about us
Hope you all are doing well :)
here's to growth :)
I love this. My husband proposed to me 4 months after we started dating (!!!) and we got married two years after. So many people were against it and we both got hurt by people close to us about it for so long. I got married at 19, and I remember *everyone and their mom* having an opinion on it lol. But hey, we’ve been happily married for 3 years now and it’s honestly the best decision I’ve ever made
I'm just glad their happy tbh. Seems like being happy is a privilege few enjoy these days
@Deanna W yeah that's fair and I'm a firm believer of that
But I also have major depressive disorder that's really REALLY bad so I never had a chance 😅 tbh so many people do nowadays, sometimes you just cant even see the happiness in front of you
@Deanna W yeah your right. my depression is a little more complicated than that though-it runs in my family, and it's not depressive episodes necessarily, it's a disorder that is constant and decreases the overall quality of life. (Ya girl got anxiety and what I suspect to be a form of OCD, but we figuring that out)
Ik so many people going through this, which is why I say happiness is rare😕
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DANI! I LOVE YOU❤️😭
"Nobody vacations in Iowa." YES! THAT'S THE TEA!
"Never go to Iowa" 😂 I'm dead!
Can confirm. I went to Iowa once, and NEVER AGAIN
omg when i got into my car accident literally seconds before i thought “what if i got into a car accident” AAAHHH
Really appreciate emmyn's family for helping them create the life they want. Because no one can make you do it another way, its your story, your way.
Happy birthday Dani
I’m so proud of you, love you forever stay safe everyone 💕
hey dani happy 20th ily and also can’t wait to see the vid ❤️

People were very foul to me too when I got engaged and 19, I’m getting married in October and I couldn’t be more excited to make this decision and new chapter of my life! You guys are awesome, and you really help me get through the season, I know God wants me to marry this man, so I’m going to do it!
I played the INTRO 50 times ALREADY but I still can't hold back my laughter!! Love you guys!!!!! Stay like this FOREVER!!❤
Wish you the best 💜
i love u guys and it makes me sad that u guys didn't got support from ur loved ones. that sucks
BUT I'm so happy for the both of u and can't wait to see what the future holds. ❤
Emmyn’s super extra intro and Danny just watching him 😂😂😂😂
Proposing naked in bed is something I would totally expect from my bf 😂 I'm so happy for you guys!!
I love the way you edit your videos!!
Your ring is absolutely beautiful! I love how your ring isn’t like everyone else’s.
4:29 I know that! It is so weird😂
Happy Birthday Dani🤗🎉
Happy birthday Dani 🎉🥳 I can't believe your 20 already!!! I hope your enjoying your day! Love you so much ❤ I'm glad you have Emmyn in your life! You guys are the best! 😃
The fact that people had the nerve to be mean & show so much hate to this beautiful couple upsets me! Love is Love❤️ And when ya know a person is the one ya just know❤️
4:29 dani is psychic 🔮

Here's to the next 20 years❤❤
I just love Dani's hair. 🤩 it's so pretty..the cut and everything.
My ring is also morganite and rose gold.
This ain't marriage, this is an self created adventure with a wrong buddy to obtain the feeling that you're against all odds
Happy Birthday Queen!!! 👑
May your life be full of love, joy, blessings and peace!🥰❤️🙏🏾✌🏾🌻
Happy birthday Dani. Love you and emmyn so much. Also wouldn't expect anything different from him. Love it
The story we've ALL BEEN WAITIN FORRRR.....ALSO HAPPY BDAY GORGEOUS❤️💖 We love you Daniiiii
I love the idea of getting married, but I definitely don't want to rush into it and just get to the marriage. I guess I just want more time to take the various stages in. But I think it's really special and fun how you guys did it ♥️
you guys always make me laugh & are so entertaining! also, happy birthday dani!!
Awesome story guys really had a great time watching thanks so much for uploading this.
Dani I love every single video of you guys!!
Love u guys!
Okay but imagine getting engaged and being so excited about it and then next day, u have people telling u it's wrong. I'm so sorry u had to go through that :// I'm glad it all worked out eventually
“We slept” girlllllll y’all are the cutest 🥺❤️😂
I love you guys. Y’all are too funny
jeeeeesus I am freaking out, you are so cute together....and the happiest 20th birtday to you Dani
✨HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DANI! ✨
Happy birthday love!!!! Happy 20 years old , i wish you the very best ❤️❤️❤️
Happy birthday DANNIIII !!!! HAVE AN AMAZING DAY ND YEAR AHEAD!!! Wishing all the blessings and success to shower upon ya 💗🔥🔥🔥 slay yo day grll
Happy birthday Dani!!!!🥳😜
You can be proud of you 🧡🔥
My parents had known each other for 6 months before they got married and they are still together while I’m 16 and my sister is 17. I love y’all’s chemistry
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DANI!!!
I looooove this couple !!! :3 wish you guys the very best ! I honestly don't know how i discover your channel but it's awesome ^^
I married my husband at 19, he was 25. we were also only dating a year before we got engaged and had the wedding a few months after. We didn’t do a fancy wedding and only had few people. We just knew we wanted to be married, and enjoy the rest of our lives together. So we figured, why wait? We had people shocked with us being so young, wondering if I was pregnant, ect, ect (I was not...)
But here we are 6 years later, HAPPY, still very much in love, and now have 2 kiddos...
THOSE THOUGHTS HAPPEN TO
ME TOO DANI!!! I AM SO GLAD IM NOT THE ONLY ONE.
HAPPY FLIPPING BIRTHDAY DANI!!
I 100% agree that your focus should be on the marriage and not on the wedding. Weddings are fun but it's important to remember you're marrying this person forever. Parties aren't forever, marriage is.
THIS
I slightly understand how you guys felt.
