19% INCREASE in HAPPY VALLEY HOME SALES: What you should know!🏡📈

There were 38 home sales in Happy Valley in December 2023, which is 19% more than the 32 home sales in December 2022. This is positive housing market news for Happy Valley home sellers. However, it must be noted that the 38 home sales in December 2023 represent a 54% decrease in the Happy Valley housing market from the four-year December high of 82 home sales in December 2020. It will be interesting to watch how much of this activity is driven by mortgage interest rates as we progress through 2024.
