Just love the conversation between God and Moses, it got me. God is an equipper, when he calls us to do a task, he teaches, equips, puts things in our hands, and empowers us….mind blowing stuff 🤯

God is an Equipper. He overcomes my shortcomings, and works with my flawed capabilities, and never gives up on me. But I need to be obedient and respond to the ways He’s shaping me. I need to put Him first, ahead of my instinct for recognition or gain, and follow Him in humility.

There is so much packed here in these chapters. I see Moses who didn't feel qualified, but God reassured him and said He would be with him. I love how He said, "I will teach you what you shall do." This gives me hope that God will not leave His plan in my hands- but He will be alongside us to guide us and teach us.

Then the Lord asked Moses, “Who makes a person’s mouth? Who decides whether people speak or do not speak, hear or do not hear, see or do not see? Is it not I, the Lord?
    Exodus 4:11 NLT
This scripture speaks so much to me as the parent of a speech delayed child. It brought me peace when I worried about my son. The awareness of God choosing who speaks and doesn't. My son is still expressive speech delayed, but God has given him many words and multi word sentences. Glory to God for his provision.

I love how God showed his compassion and patience toward Moses. Reflecting back on Genesis when he said: “In the beginning I created the earth". Great God shot for me was when Moses was making excuses as why he couldn’t do what God asked of him, God asked Moses, "Who has made man's mouth? The JOY is trusting God regardless of the challenges. Be bless Bible family!!

These chapters are so rich in promises of them and now! The 7 "I Will" statements are ours today! I WILL bring you out! ... He has brought me out! I WILL free you! He has freed me from my sin slavery! I WILL redeem you! He has redeemed me by the blood! I WILL take you as my own! He has adopted me as His own! I WILL be your God! Oh yes He is my God! I WILL bring you to the land. He has brought me out of bondage and brought me to Freedom! I WILL give it to you! He has not just brought me to it .. He said take this! It is yours!!! Redeemed with a Relationship that brought me to a promised Destination! Wow now that's joy!

I saw God's grace and mercy at work when his anger was kindled against Moses for making those excuses and ultimately not trusting God. This interaction foreshadows what God had to do in the wilderness with the Israelites as a whole. Moses was chosen to represent them because his journey mirrored theirs; he could relate like no one else. He was a Hebrew who was under threat by the Pharoah, who escaped to a land where he found prosperity and favor. Moses was the perfect choice to intercede on the people's behalf when God's anger was kindled against them.
God is perfect in ALL of His ways. What a master crafter and designer He is!! We Serve a wonder-full Saviour!

God promises to help Moses and Aaron speak & teach them what to say & do (Exo 4:12,15). He does the same for us.

I am touched by God’s patience and compassion with Moses. Moses has identity issues. He asks God many questions. God patiently answers each one. It is only when Moses becomes unwilling to do what God has asked that we see God angry towards him. Yet still God shows great patience with him.

Hello Tara and company about todays God shot I saw it with the whole journey because remember he had to travel 300 miles with his family but, the main God shot is his compassion for Moses to let him know and assure him he was not alone although he was angry with Moses he still showed him compassion and understanding and even gave him help when it came to his talking ability by giving him his brother to walk with him .

I have wanted to read the Bible for so long! I’m so big in my faith but was never confident in how much I understood! Most I had learned from basic children stories or random verses they give on Sundays to go with their teachings! I’m SO GLAD a girl in my Bible group recommended this to me through our church app!! I love and learn SO MUCH SO FAST!! I started later in the year but have got so into it I have to sometimes finish a whole book at once!! I love that you have a Facebook page to subscribe to and can’t wait for my daily book to go along with each days learnings too!! You’re amazing and thank you so much for a quick translation of all that happened at the end of each day!! I LOVE YOU GOD BLESS!!

Ex. 4:10, Just like Moses, I wonder how many times I have excused myself out of God's perfect will...like the creator of the universe and everything in it would speak to me and I would tell Him how wrong He is about what He knows best.
God please forgive me. Help me accept about myself what you have said and know about me.
Imagine an iron saying, "creator sir, I can blender better than I iron".
