Hot Toys Samurai Predator 1/6 scale unboxing and review

Apparently the theme of this Samurai Predator is regard to the Samurai Warrior and the Oni (More precisely Demon). Japanese Demons are similar to the western Demon, but most of the Oni illustrations are brownish red, orange skin. So I think the artist is trying to demonstrate the Japanese old culture, by painting the Alien colorful. This is very unique as we seldom see this type of Alien sculptures..

I already know I will love him! I've always been a big fan of Takayuki Takeya but his kits have either been too hard to find, too expensive, or just too hard to build up to look they way do in pictures. With this figure, you get a beautiful art figure, fully painted with amazing details, and in my opinion, a very good price for a Takeya piece! I've seen unpainted model kits already over $300! Ouch! His style is like a weird organic bio-mechanical style different from Giger, but similar feel.
