Last season of GOT should have been two seasons.
(Spoilers of GoT ahead)
One about the white walkers taking over the North, and them building the armys, the whole political side of trying to get Cersei to help and all, and then the war and the aftermatch of that. And then the final season about Daenerys taking the throne, showing her true colors that had been mentioned a billion times before (how she wasn't sane, and if it wasn't for her advisors she would have burned out the 7 kingdons the second the dragons were big enough to fly that far), and the whole "she's an amazing war general and fighter, but a terrible ruler" (which we already knew, Tyrion was ruling the Dragon Bay, not her). They could have built up the whole Aegon Targaryen story a bit better, Jon refusing the throne but being fully aware Daenerys was not the best choice, also they could have tied up Bran's dreams from the first fucking season, of him as the three eyed raven, and the raven on the throne room, and the fact they did make ir very clear for like half of his scenes that he was being trained to be the king, so people that couldn't read in between the lines wouldn't find it too weird him being crowned. You know, given the show the fucking time and deveiopment it needed. HBO fucked up trying to end the show super fast so they could start the spin-offs. They should have known better, and I hope they know better now with HotD.

Unfortunately Daemons answer was a son for a son, there are only two princes at the moment - Aemond, and if they could find him the plan B order was evident.
Really wasn't, the show and book are two different canons, just like how they removed aemonds intentional killing of Luke, they done the same again here
@@TheIrishKat even in the show it couldn’t be more evident, with the specific cut- AND they repeated his answer when they held Halaena They didn’t remove anything with the Aemond scene either- the book is told by narrators who didn’t see what happened… not first person. The show is also done with the help of GRRM.
The only thing we know from the book is Aemond and Luke both left in the storm and they found the dragon parts adrift… the rest are assumptions while the show is first person.
