Mike, I am sensing a theme with your “bread” products. The monkey bread, the brunch buns, and the beef Wellington, all seem a little dark on the top. LOL

Happy New Year. To answer Steve...we too buy the whole tenderloin from Costco and cut it into steaks. Sometimes I cut a few into small bites and use it for tacos. We are still in AZ. but now in Tucson with my Dad. We spent 5 days in Phoenix with Hubby's family and finally got to explore a bit. Went to the Biltmore and Taliesin West and Old Town Scottsdale. Tooled around the nice houses along Camelback... Basically we LOVE it up there. Hubs is so ready to move down here, but I'm not ready for the heat.

The beef wellington looked fantastic! Definitely no soggy parts hahaha. My GF and I actually did a cheese-stuffed, wagyu meatball wellington last NYE, one of our favorite meals now.
