Hi Marlene. The sports doctor says there will be cartilage damage of some kind as there usually is with arthritis. I am going in for an injection on Tuesday 18th and I am hoping it will be successful. Thanks for watching 💙

Love these, and such a good idea for using scraps. I haven't shopped at Temu yet, but have found the domed foam daubers from TH stay together much better than the flat ones. Cheers, Lynda

Hi Karen. Thank you. I liked the matte gel. I’m going to try it on some more and see how it holds up long term. It’s a bit more admin what with the paint brush washing etc but seems great. I’d really like to try the Tim Holtz collage medium but it’s pretty pricy here. 😊💙
