Perfect review on this whiskey! I literally just learned today about Pinhook's sort of mantra, if you will, and I'm a fan. I stumbled on this bottle today and picked it up. Tasting this was one of those moments where you know you did well on your selection. I really like your review style Jay, to the point, but still very descriptive. Then I noticed T8KE at the end of the vid. Mad props to you sir - instant sub. Will be on the lookout for the 9yr when it drops!
