Why didn't the left guy chain the Fenrir effect at 10:50 ? (Chain Chimera -> Berfomet ?)

I think it was his first time playing the deck at tournament so he may have been learning it.

Technically he couldn’t add back chimera fusion because part of chimera’s effect makes it the name.
