Ive been waiting on you guys to make a video about this corner box!! I bought the level 5 taping kit and have watched all your videos on it. Very helpful 👌 I have this exact box and I noticed the mud doesn't flow freely, I have to push on it quite a bit for it flow. Thinning out the mud helps it flow but not like the videos. Do I need to thin out the mud even more? Or am I doing something wrong? Any tips or ideas are appreciated. Thanks
Hey! Thanks for watching the videos, glad they're helping and you're able to learn from them. Thinning the mud definitely helps but a other important thing is to lubricate the seal around the box properly. Try using fluid film and give it a light spray. If your seals are dry it's going to be much hard to push. We cover this in the upcoming videos thay will be released later this week. Thanks. Let me know of you have any other questions.
I hope you release corner box videos soon, I purchased the Level 5set and been watching your videos, soon need to run the corner box and no helpful videos on UA-cam
Congrats on your purchase! We'll be releasing the other videos in the coming days so stay tuned. Meanwhile, let me know if you have any questions. The video we filmed on how to run in was quite in depth. It's nearly 30 mins long and has tons of helpful tips.
No, not softer but it's pretty close in consistency. When I run my angles with the autataper I like to thin it out down even more than when I do my butts and flats. I'd say it's probably pretty close to the same as what I tape my butts and flats with. But definitely not thinner because when taping with the auto taper it's already quite thin.
Yes, as has already been mentioned, there's no break on a corner box like there is a flat box handle. Corner box handles also typically have a bend in them to help apply proper leverage to the wall.

👍👍👍
Is your mud softer than when you are using bazooka?

Does a corner box take a different handle than like a 10" flat box?
Yes it’s a different pole without brake :)
