unreal engine 5 cyberspace shader

my attempt to create (without animations) something similar to the cyberspace effect that was created in cyberpunk 2077.
as a result, I think it might be a good start to create a full effect

actually, this material is more of a universal LED shader. I think, yes, I can place it for a symbolic price on epic marketplace
