Love the video, I’m stuck between the two myself, love Glock but never enjoyed the grip angle… and learned to love my C2… both great pistol and each is good at different things
Excellent video. I was thinking about one of these two lately so the video is perfect. Carried Glocks my entire LE career but love the 2011 now that I’m done. Ordered the staccato heritage and now I’m Going to have to get a Zev
2 great guns. I have multiples of both and am still better with the Zev. Its just my familiarity with the Glock platform though. It feels like home to me. Had I grown up more of a 1911 guy, I'm sure my thoughts would be different. Both great guns though.
Hard to beat my C2...but, options are out there for shooters, now...Especially looking for the 1911 grip angle and a more natural ability to point..Thank you for your input.
Only thing is the staccato is not a duty level wepon... No firing pin drop and so the lighter the trigger the more its not drop safe. 1911's are not drop safe as it is but the more you lighten the trigger it doesn't matter about the other safetys if you drop it its going to shoot ... So for range toy its awesome but not for anyone serious or for military or law enforcement. I don't care how many times they write "Duty" on the website... Maybe with a 10 pound trigger but then who would want that ??? So if you Know how it works. Mechanically ! Its a range gun or Target gun but not for duty and even in competition don't drop it

I ended up buying a C2 and it shoots great! BUT, 2/3 mags failed to lock back on empty mag and one mag had a round nose dive. I contacted staccato and was put on hold for over 40 minutes, then was told that the issue is likely the mag spring. So they mailed me out two new springs went to go install them and they were significantly longer than the springs in the mags that came with the gun. I’m not sure what to do at this point with them. This was my third staccato purchase so I’ve spent over $7k with them. I feel like they could have just sent me two new (working) mags. Even if I had to send the bad mags back I’d be cool with that. Pretty disappointed apart from how it shoots. The rep sounded like this is a common thing, so if it is, why don’t the just fix the issue?
