Thank you for this video, I'm st the 3 week stall and I was losing my marbles, your explanation of the science behind all the changes going on in the body after surgery make so much sense and make me feel much better, I was having a hard time wondering if I was doing something wrong, but it seems to be out of my hands right now

I have actually gained 4 lbs in 2 weeks since the 3 week stall started. Im still esting very very little but drinking tons of water. Is this normal?
