I just ordered the HPA Lanolin (did not think I would be able to find it here in Germany, but hurray! it's available) I'll definitely try this tomorrow!
Looks gorgeous! A quick head’s up though- lanolin is derived from wool, yes, but many are unaware of the brutalities in the wool industry. Sheep are often bred to have skin with a surface area much larger than that what would naturally fit their frame. This is to increase the output of wool available while sheering. Which, unfortunately, is often done in haste (time equals money…) This results in large, painful lesions being cut into the sheep’s skin. Which, can easily get infected. Are there some animal free alternatives you could recommend, Marie? Would love to try this beautiful lip butter!!!
I love the color of my lips when they are chapped. Putting capsiacin creme irritates my lips to that same color. Do you have any videos using this cream?
@@HumblebeeAndMe thanks 🙂. The INCI for hilurlip is so complex 😳. I don’t think we get it here in Australia. Will love to try this formulation . Thanks again for sharing so many ideas and formulations. They are so interesting and inspiring . Love your channel😍🤗.

Hi! I invite you to look it up in the Humblebee & Me DIY Encyclopedia (www.humblebeeandme.com/diy-encyclopedia/) :) There's tons of info there-all free!
I always link all the ingredients for any given formulation in the blog post, which is linked in the description box below the video (that's one of the many reasons I highly suggest reading the blog post as well as watching the video! I've only found it for sale in the USA.
Hello! I was wondering if you know of any supplier of Hilurilp in Australia? I can't seem to find any. Also, is there a substitute for refined lanolin? Thanks for sharing your knowledge and recipes! Very grateful to have found your channel.
1) The mica is optional (read the blog) 2) *I ONLY ever use and recommend micas that are made without child labour!* If you have researched mica you should know that *not all mica is made with child labour* .
@@HumblebeeAndMe Maybe all mica not come from child labour but how can we identify that where it is come from, there is only one way that we should stop using it anymore.
Any good supplier of cosmetic ingredients will know where (and how) their mica is sourced and will be able to tell you. Both YellowBee and TKB Trading only sell child-labour-free micas.
Oooo looks and sounds awesome 💋Thanks so much Marie ☮️💟

My mom makes ghee from milk and I usually apply it on my lips when it's warm. It smells so good and it's just perfect for my lips.
Its organic and very old method to moisturize your skin
It actually dries my lips out
cool! organic stuff like that is the best!

Thank you so much! ❤️
I love all your videos & have made many things. I would like to ask you if you ever made UV Gel polish? I've seen other videos but trust you more.
I haven't, and I can't say it really interests me as I really dislike wearing nail polish.
Love it! Thank you!
Glad you like it! ❤️
Does the mica when applied to your lips appear clear or with color?
It doesn't leave any colour on the lips or skin :)

You just need a soft wax. Beeswax is hard.
Really good ♥️
Can we use strawberry butter or shea butter instead of jojoba butter?
