I think you smashed it. Most people don't realize how far ahead your fit was conceptually, it's got that 2019 runway approach to styling. Magnus and Ricky always kill it as well, but contest aside, you've got a keen eye that really translates. Was super dope to watch everyone's approach to their outfits and I think the competition is great in many ways. Do think Avery got snubbed for sure

The judges wanted to see the competitors out of their comfort zone and although I also thought Rickeys outfit was just the best overall (fit, size, colour, style) he literally has a picture of that nearly exactly same outfit on him on his Insta.
For next year, I agree with sanj that there should be more than one outfit, and you should be able to try it on. Plus I think the problem was there weren't enough guidelines, for next year there should be a new system to get into the finals, and the format should be something like this: Fit 1: Make a fit from your own wardrobe that is clean (or whatever) - like magnus went Fit 2: Styled from a similar warehouse but a "runway" type look (more how sanj went) Fit 3: Styled from whatever - maybe a PAQ type shopping challenge - to a theme (like Ricky did) Anyway, everyone smashed it and well done Ricky Sanj your fit was hard - but I think this was the problem^^^

I think it would be better if the BDYs did three outfits (personal style, formal style and casual style) hour and a half of searching for pieces, then have the judges maybe judge the pieces first, then judge how they got styled
i also just wanted to say that the first round was definitely more of a popularity contest it couldve been more fair in the beginning but i was also introduced to some new fashion youtubers so that was cool but the second round was a lot more balanced it was judged
honestly this was fun and all but paq could've done better. one outfit each based on pulling straws is not a good way to determine who's the "best dressed". they should've done multiple outfits- i'd say at least 3- and maybe thrown out some different themes (outfits based on a decade or an icon- anyone from kanye, ian connor, virgil abloh to mick jagger, jim morrison, kurt cobain). the voting was cool but i think 5 finalists would probably be better than 3. that said, i fuck with paq heavy next year should be fun

Thought they could of had better judges in the sense that Danny and Leo both knew you/Magnus and your styles, to which they marked both of your down on playing it safe so anything that you do is isn't going to be based purely on who's the best dressed on that moment and will be dependant on other factors that are essentially fashion based. But with Ricky it was all about who knows what he'll do and they didn't have pre conceptions in there head about what he would have on. However, Ricky I think still pulled it off best on the day and should of won.
I think they sould have "what would you wear in this situation" for 3 scenario in that way they could break it down more. One outfit is not enough and your outfits were too broad. Magnus' is for everyday look, Rickey is for throwback discos and Sang's was for runways.
