Thanks The strip box mounting for flash is it good for Yongnu Speedlight's
@@mariomifsud1302 Yes! I use them with Yongnuo Speedlights. Any flash with a Bowens type mount will work with speedlight if you buy the speedlight/bowens adapter which can be found in our links below. I recommend them, they have been great.
Very nice much needed.
Cheers
amazing work
Amazing thank you !! Greetings from Guatemala.

@@workphlo And btw thank You for tutorial it helped me a lot today. The lightness of setup and simplicity made it a lot easier to move thrue my shoot.
You’ve helped me tremendously with photoshop. I love these tutorials
It's my pleasure! I plan on filming a lot more in the near future stay tuned
@@workphlo you do great work. Glad I found your channel
@@Ejonesvideo I'm glad you found us too! Thank you 😊
For the shadow, you can add a directional motion blur to get nice tapered ends.
Thanks I will try that!
When you blend in a shadow or highlight on a colored area, like the one on the creases of the bottle, you will lose saturation. Once you know about it, you will spot it in ads everywhere. Change the blend mode to screen for highlights or multiply/burn for shadows. You can combine that with a normal layer as well, to balance it.
Thanks for that, I'll definitely try that out Victor. Cheers!
We used to drink this stuff in the Marines when we were desperate (non-alcohol free), so your description is somewhat accurate ;) ...Ah those were crazy times indeed
Right on! I'll take a Cool Mint on the rocks and a shot of Fresh Burst
@@workphlo Cheers! *Clank* *Gulp* *Bleugh*
Wow hairs grown !
Big update on that coming! #mullet
Super cool vid, thanks you. It would be awesome to make more videos about glossy highlights (like at 1:56). Is there way to overcome tis problem directly on set? I was shooting an glossy magazine and it was crazy.
Directly reflective things can be tricky, ultimately you need to directly reflect something subtle enough it doesn't make the magazine go wild. It can be so tricky at times..
Nice! :)
Thanks for the visit Sina!
Thanks for the great videos. Just a question: is that a 5-in-1 reflector/diffuser at subject right? You don't mention it at all throughout and was just wondering what its purpose is. Thanks!
yes it's the diffusing panel of the 5-in-1 reflector. It's usually added to diffuse the light more which is necessary in products with reflective surfaces to diffuse the reflection more. Also when kept close, it fills the product surface thereby minimizing the family of angles and lessening the chance of reflection. The only thing is that usually the diffusing panel that is kept in front of the soft box is bigger in size than the softbox itself to make the source of light larger. Here it seems roughly of the same size.
D*mn, how nice a bottle of mouthwash can look :O
Anywhere good or books to help learn compositing and editing for product photography. I struggle as I’m dyslexic. Thank you
Can you please explain the gradient tool you use, it works so simply for you but I have searched so many videos to explain it and no avail!
I am simply using a Gradient (foreground to transparent) holding shift to get a perfectly straight gradient.
can you teach us how to shoot the product like faucet or column shower, thank for reading my comment
when you will produce a jewelry photo session?
It is in the works! I have a few ideas to explore in a longer episode
@@workphlo time ago I wrote you a email about it, because we produce jewelry photo product but your talent and work is so awesome, please do!
Definitely don't want to pound this back.
Hai corretto tutto, tranne la cosa più evidente: l'etichetta storta!
I mention at the end, we did a tweak :)
