I like this tutorial. If I see others making mistakes as well that helps a lot ;). But ... I had the same problem with the changes in SceneBuilder not showing when app is run. Found out that you have to press F5 to refresh the code in Eclipse before running it.

I've facing the same problem the choices didn't show in choice box, I did exactly same as you did and not working also, I tried observelist and array and not working also, anyone know how to fix it

Thank you very much for the helpful tutorial. I was wondering if we could make an observable list of type int. When I write this line:
ObservableList yearList = FXCollections
.observableArrayList(2014, 2015, 2016);
I get the error "Syntax error, insert 'Dimensions' to complete ReferenceType"
Does anyone know what that means? Thanks.

Try using the Integer class instead of the primitive int

I would have to agree with Jacob. It would make you seem more competent and trust-worthy if you were to research beforehand. It will cut a 9 minute video down to several minutes and give people only the necessary information with no other irrelevant noise.
