U don't really need all these actives. Use them as per ur concern, eg. Have pimples/ prone to one then salicylic acid/ gentle AHA, BHAs for that period of time only. U see hyperpigmentation use Alpha arbutin, glutathione, etc. For that time being. Collagen masks just like other gimmicky products are scams, which one needs to avoid ( collagen is a polymer, so doesn't really penetrate ur skin or do anything) Niacinamide, peptides, ceramides are optional and not really required tbh. And at the end of the day, yes giving skin some break is necessary, especially if u don't have major skin concerns.
Just use a gentle cleanser, a good moisturizer and a sunscreen you would love to put on everyday Skincare doesn't need to be complicated to work and most people don't even need these many actives ,you can consult a dermatologist or aesthetician to know what will work for your skin better rather

SPF 30 gives 97% protection while 50 gives 98% protection so there is no much difference... usually budget wise companies mark 50 as expensive than 30 then u can go for spf 30... if there is no much difference in price dn go for spf 50
