    I'm gonna give my skin some break from. All these peptides, retinol, vit c, niacinamide, salicylic acid, lactic acid, glutathione, collage sheet mask, hydraquinone, ceramides, hyaluronic acid.. Am I forgetting anything? My skin was better before I introduced actives into my skincare, and "YOU WILL. GROW OLD IF YOU DON'T APPLY SUNSCREEN AND OTHER CRA*" Into my subconscious.
    Just eat good, and healthy,
    Exercise, do home remedies and you're good to go!

    • @faeezparkar9731
      @faeezparkar9731 10 місяців тому

      U don't really need all these actives. Use them as per ur concern, eg. Have pimples/ prone to one then salicylic acid/ gentle AHA, BHAs for that period of time only. U see hyperpigmentation use Alpha arbutin, glutathione, etc. For that time being. Collagen masks just like other gimmicky products are scams, which one needs to avoid ( collagen is a polymer, so doesn't really penetrate ur skin or do anything) Niacinamide, peptides, ceramides are optional and not really required tbh. And at the end of the day, yes giving skin some break is necessary, especially if u don't have major skin concerns.
